This was always my go to tissue. But now they have gone cheap on the lotion and don't even put lotion on the whole tissue. Place a tissue flat down on a bowl of water and you can see exactly where the lotion ends. And the "new" lotion they use is lousy. And some boxes have a disgusting smell to them. Poor, POOR changes.

These are horrible and smell like dust, or mildew or something. I researched it and apparently this is common with the Kleenex brand. Will be going with a different brand next time.

I had a box from a year ago with lotion and they are 100% better than the new box I bought. I feel Kleenex changed the quality of the tissue and cheaper out on the lotion.

These are my “go-to” tissues when my family gets sick. They really do live up to it’s name! Since they have aloe, they’re not harsh on the nose; they feel great with every single wipe. And the softness is outta this world!!

There is NO WAY I’m putting my nose in these awful smelling tissues. Something is seriously wrong with these. There has it be a BIG problem all over the USA with the amount of ppl saying the same things about them smelling horrid. Do a mass recall and pull them off the shelves now so ppl can quit wasting their money and possibly compromising their health!!!

These have been my absolute favorite facial tissues since the came out. As someone with year round allergies I go through 15-20 boxes of these by myself annually. I bought a multi-pack of 6 boxes from Target, opened two of the boxes and found that they had a musty terrible scent. I thought it must be a packaging issues, since I have always been very happy with these tissues in the past. I went ahead and bought a 3 pack at a different chain store expecting they'd be like all the tissues I bought for years. The new tissues smelled just as bad. I buy these due to an allergy and question if the new formula (or whatever is causing the odor change) won't make me sick on top of my allergies. I'm not even mad at the lost money as much as disappointed that these lovely tissues have been ruined.
