I am extremely confused as to why these are marketed as blueberry muffins when there are no blueberries?! HUGE disappointment. They're just plain muffins.

I used greek yogurt instead of oil and they came out extra fluffy but I thought they were very lemony and tangy that way. I added some vanilla infused raw honey too and they came out very much like cake. They were so lemony tangy I tasted my yogurt to make sure it wasn't spoiled or something. I read that most people thought they were heavy flavored blueberry. I think adding the yogurt made the lemon flavor really pop.

I ordered 8 boxes and asked for a longer expiration date. Beyond Jan 2024, that was not long enough. Other than that enjoying the mix and adding fresh blueberries and walnuts. Used olive oil makes them lighter and more moist.

The muffins are a hit among my 3 kids. One of the kids dislikes blueberries, but these muffins are perfect because the blueberries are small bits that aren't super noticeable. Also, these have protein but it's not a whey-based dairy protein, which is perfect for our family with some dairy protein sensitivities. I had been making muffins with the power cakes mix (in spite of the dairy protein) but now I don't have to! These are also quick to whip up. Yay!!!

Great healthy muffin mix, to which I added raisins and chopped walnuts the first time. Next time, I'll try chopped apple and cinnamon. I like the blend of flours and the fact that these muffins have more protein and less than half the sugar of the ones from the bakery section of the grocery store.

There were no blueberries in the blueberry muffin mix yet pictures show blueberries. These mixes are expensive for what you get in the Bo, so where are the blueberries. Other mixes contain blueberries in a can or packet.. No can. No packet.

We have made these many times, always with some of our own add ins. Bananas, dried cranberries, fresh apricots, fresh or frozen blueberries, you name it. Kodiak Cakes hits it out of the park every time.

Tried the blueberry muffin mix for the first time. it was pretty good. I would prefer larger blueberries in the mix but overall, really tasty. Would definitely make again. And, as a side note, my 70lb Malamute/German Shephard mix also loves them (gave him a little)
