They turn out the best if you get them nice and crispy in the oven as opposed to in the microwave. And the added protein is great and exactly what I look for in a quick breakfast.

They cook up well in the air fryer, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. They are not as good microwaved. The whole grains and 10g of protein is an excellent way to start the day. As empty nesters, my husband and I enjoy the convience of them. When the littles visit, they gobble them up too! I love this brand!

These sticks are good alone or with your favorite breakfast item. I usually eat them on my way to work because of the convenience. I gave only 4 stars because of the quantity for the price.

They had a cinnamon flavor and were obviously made with a whole grain bread of some sort. I didn’t really like the texture as they didn’t fully crisp up on the outside and remained sort of soggy but for a quick, on the go breakfast I feel they do the trick. The ingredients were over all healthy and straight forward but I feel that if I’m going to eat something that tastes healthy then it should at least have a different oil than soybean oil, other than that the ingredients are awesome.

I went with the oven option because I did not want it to be gooey, I wanted the French toast to fave a fair shot. My husband who is the pickeyest eater ever loved them and so did I! If you go with the oven option definitely flip them half way through, they come out soft but with a slight crunch. They are so good and do not taste like protein or dry by any means.

Most importantly it saves a lot of time. The best first step: buy a mid-tier brand, cook in an air-fryer or toaster-oven, try with syrup and maybe fruit, and judge how it fits your taste & routine.
