A: The serving size for this product is based on the weight (110 grams) as our French Toast Sticks are made by taking a real loaf of bread, slicing it, then slicing the French Toast Sticks from that. The sizes of each piece varies based on whether it is a middle piece, edge piece, etc. The stick serving size should be approximately 14-16 sticks!

Dry and tasteless

Fast and nutritious meal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I try this brand. I was skeptical because when it has so much protein in product, sometimes the taste isnt good. However, when I eat this, it isnt bad. It look like normal ones. It has 16 sticks in a box. You can choose how many you can cook in one time depends how hungry you are. The rest of the box you can put it back in a freezer. You can use microwave or oven to cook. The smell after cook is good and stick isnt dry and keep same shape. It isnt so sweet by itself. However i still use marble syrup to put on top of that.

Crispy & Delicious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked these up at my local grocery store. Easy to find in the freezer section. I made them for breakfast in the office and received many compliments about how great they smelled! 10 minutes in the toaster oven later I had fench toast sticks at my desk. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. No syrup or honey needed; delicious naked. Would buy them again. My honest opinion was given for receiving the product in kind.

Easy Peasy breakfast

I can just stick them in the microwave or toaster and run. They are delicious. The only thing is that the microwave makes them chewy, so I would recommend to toast them in a toaster oven.

The flavor leaned toward bland, and when they did have taste, it was mostly a slightly burnt sweetness that didn’t balance well. They also came out a bit greasy, which didn’t help the overall experience. For the price, they really should include more condiments in the packaging like butter and syrup. so everything tastes fresher and more complete. As is, they’re just okay, nothing special.

They cook up well in the air fryer, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. They are not as good microwaved. The whole grains and 10g of protein is an excellent way to start the day. As empty nesters, my husband and I enjoy the convience of them. When the littles visit, they gobble them up too! I love this brand!

Convenience and delicious

These sticks are good alone or with your favorite breakfast item. I usually eat them on my way to work because of the convenience. I gave only 4 stars because of the quantity for the price.
