[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Kodiak chocolate chip waffles and so does my little girl.. the flavor is a little drier than a normal waffle would be but some sugar free syrup and you are good to go.The texture is light and crunchy..there is enough chocolate chips that makes kids happy.The healthy benefits are great made feom whole grains 12 g of protein and knowing my purchase helps the Grizzly Bear is phenomenal

I got to try the chocolate chips variety. They are best when hot. When toasted in the toaster they come out crispy and the chocolate chip aroma spreads around the house. They go well with maple syrup, honey or even jam. For those who want to add to their daily protein intake and crave chocolate these waffles are a fabulous option.

The chocolate chips give it enough sweetness and the waffle itself is super crispy when finished cooking. You can tell they are “healthy” waffles but that doesn’t deter from the fact they taste great! I would buy these again!

I like my waffles a little on the crunchy side so I can eat it on the go so I put my toster on 4 and frozen as the setting. The flavor is good. I saw the few chocolate chips sprinkled throughout but it didn’t have a super chocolately flavor. It was very subtle. But for someone who is on a health journey and getting this for the protein it tastes good. The consistency is better than the “yellow” waffles. It’s more of a dense waffle which makes it more filling. The cost is a little more expense than the other brand waffles but I feel like the value for the protein in the waffles is worth it.

Crispy and super simple
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super simple and quick to heat and eat. LOVED the vanilla aroma smell that can from them as they were heating up. They were super crispy, which we also enjoyed, but wish they would have been slightly thicker and a little fluffier. Chocolate flavor came through, but there was also a slight freezer taste at the end. I would try the buttermilk version next time so I can make a chicken and waffle sandwich to boost the protein even more and the waffles would make great buns! Overall not bad!

I can’t speak to how the waffles stored as my kids ate them within the week. They already asked me to get more. Will be a regular purchase now. Cooked on low toaster setting as directed and they still had a nice crispy and slight melt to the chocolate chips.

Very disappointing.

The taste was horrible and very dry and for the cost I do not think it is worth it. I would recommend buying the premade waffle mix instead, that has a much better flavor.

The package is super interesting to look at because it gives me camping vibes. I know with typical protein heavy meals or foods that it can typically taste off or like protein powder. However this is definitely worth the calories to the protein content in it. Totally love it.
