I love mousse! This one is epic because it gives so much volume with no sticky, tacky feeling so I can create the ultimate hair flip! It keeps the hair voluminous and bouncy and rinses clean leaving no residue behind.
Plump it up! I use this at the root before blow drying to get maximum lift and the best hair flips ever.
How to:
1. Apply a golf ball-sized amount of mousse on wet hair, evenly all over at the root.
2. Apply whatever is left on your hands to the rest of the hair.
3. Blow dry with a round brush or with your head flipped upside down for maximum volume and bounce.
Tip: Avoid applying this on partially dried hair. Best results come when applied to freshly washed hair.

Gives nice, lasting volume without leaving my hair sticky of tacky. No weird scents. Works best when applied wet and then dried and styled. Love the results, especially for the fair price.
I used the recommended amount and dried my hair after. My hair felt weighed down and the texture was awful. It felt dry and crunchy. I would definitely not recommend it, especially for fine hair.

I've tried a lot of thickening products to add body to my fine hair. My hair tends to lay flat against my scalp and has several cowliks that make it difficult to style. I came back to this one. I used to apply it only to the top of my hair, but now I use it throughout. I like it because: 1. It is a mousse, and that means that it can be applied thinly throughout, without globs of thickener getting stuck on parts of my hair. 2. It actually does thicken my fine hair. I enjoy the texture, possible more than if I had coarser hair. This works really well on smooth fine hair. And at last I have real height that lasts throughout the day. 3. I love the container. design: a simple modern neutral that can sit next to my sink without making things look cluttered. Kudos to Kristin Ess for that.

I tried this product only because it was highly recommended. That was a big mistake! It made my hair feel very dry, like a dolls hair. The knots that were in the ends of my hair were unbelievable. My curls were not soft and flowing, it made them hard and stiff. The only good thing about this product, is the smell. And honestly it isn't that great either. I expected more with the price point. Would not recommend this product to anyone!'

This is the first time I am using a hair mousse but unfortunately this brand is a big NO. Not only my hair feels like a doll hair but it made my hair harder to brush off. It was so detangled that it took me at-least good 30mins. Just to untangled it. Then my hair feels so dry and every time I brush it, it still so hard to brush the end part of my hair. I just cannot believe I went through these. Now I am so scared to use hair mousse and I am not thinking to try other products coz I am so done with a straw doll like hair. Tssssk. I cannot recommend this. 😭

I am beyond thrilled with this powerful mousse!!! I have thin 2b naturally wavy hair and I have been looking for an extra strong hold mousse so that I could move away from extra strong gel and hair glue. I FOUND MY MATCH!!! Even on freshly washed and conditioned hair (typically condition weighs down my very fine hair) this mousse holds my curls. You can't beat the price either! Who needs the salon prices at $30 or more? NOT ME!

I have pretty thick hair, usually very shiny and manageable. This moose made my hair feel like straw. It tangled so easily and it made my hair look grungy and so heavy. I’m returning it and I hope they take it back because this is an awful product.

I think this might be the first time I return a product purely bc I didn’t like it. This left a weird, dry feeling on my hair that stuck around even after I washed it again. No noticeable new volume, just hair that was much harder to style.

Unfortunately this mousse did not work well for me. I have very fine low porosity hair so this mousse felt way too heavy. I loved the smell, but it didn’t help my hair it just sat on top and left a very heavy residue.

My curl stayed a good portion of my night. My hair stayed fluffy into the next morning. It smells really good. I do feel like I have to wash my hair the next day because it feels very dry.
