I have had the curling iron less than a year and it stopped turning on, or automatically would shut off after less than a minute. Prior to that, it made my ends look nice, but did not hold curl. I'm disappointed because this is the most I've ever paid for a curling iron and I thought it would provide high quality curls

I’ve had this curling iron for about a year and used it sparingly. The problem is that it auto shuts off all of the time. It doesn’t stay on for more than 5 minutes so I’m constantly having to turn it back on. It’s clearly malfunctioning - too late to return but such a disappointment.

I bought this a few days ago and I adore it so much. It heats up fast and gives my hair the perfect volume and body. It gives me the same results I’d get from a salon blow-out. It evenly distributes heat. Has adjustable settings and a swivel cord. The safety bar could be improved so don’t place it down where it can burn anything but DEFINITELY worth the price and more

I tried using this on all heat settings and for various hold times. Definitely did NOT curl my hair. The most I got was a very very slight wave. More like a bend at the end of my hair. Someone else mentioned this so it’s not only mine but it smells bad, like toxic bad. Going to return 😒

I have one of these and I really liked it, until I saw that the cord was melted in spots, and bare wire was exposed. I have been using heat appliances for my hair for years and years. I’ve never seen melted cords, much less melted though to bare wire.

The blowout look this iron creates would be perfect if the clamp weren’t so thick that it creases your hair when wrapping it around the iron. This can only be used with the clamp opened or removed entirely. Save your money and buy the hot tools one instead.

I LOVE this curling iron. I can’t believe all the negative reviews- its purpose was not for creating lots of tight curls in your hair. The goal with this beautiful styling tool is to create a nice “blow-out” style in your hair (the kind you get when you make a hair appointment with a stylist at the salon). This 2” styling tool is definitely one of my absolute can’t live without favorites!!!!!

I have long straight hair. The curler should be longer. Its too short my hair kept slipping out. My hair didnt curl at all. Not worth the money for me.

The clamp is very small compared to the barrel and it leaves lots of lines. Smells horrible. Will try again. Maybe I need to get the hang of it but so far..an expensive piece of crap.

I was very hesitant to buy due to low star ratings and comments, BUT it does exactly what I wanted it for…large soft waves. I have long hair (just past my chest) that holds a curl pretty well, so maybe that makes a difference. As long as you know what a 2 inch iron will do, I think it’s great!

I like the size of this iron and the loose curls, but the angle at the bottom of the top plate means my long hair slides out as I move the iron down to curl. I need to do it in a few steps and it's not a deal-breaker, but it's definitely annoying. It would keep me from recommending it, but I don't want to deal with returning or replacing it, so I'll keep using it.
