I like my hair masks to have slip so I can easily distribute them throughout the hair. This mask is softening and detangling, but not heavy. It's a universal treatment for anyone looking to reverse dryness.
Weekends are for conditioning weak ends!
How to:
1. After shampooing & rinsing, run a small amount from middle to ends.
2. Allow it to sit on the hair for 5 minutes, or longer if you have time.
3. Rinse thoroughly.
Tip: Use this once a week for extra shine and softness. For a more intense treatment, apply then cover with a plastic shower cap and allow to stay on for up to an hour. Rinse well.

A: Thanks for your question! The Strand Strengthening Reconstructive Moisture Mask can be left on the hair for as long as you would like to hydrate and nourish your strands. We would recommend using a shower cap if you are home to make sure the product does not transfer to items in your home. We would also recommend using our French Pins to pin your hair up into a bun while the mask sets into the hair.

I’ve really liked using this hair mask I use it once a week to make my hair soft. I haven’t noticed a smell to it but I do like the packaging of it since it such a light color and it looks sleek. I think it’s been helping my hair with looking more hydrated and refreshed

Woah! I have thick curly hair and it’s usually really frizzy after the shower. This made my hair feel so soft, sleek, and not frizzy after the shower. Made my hair so much easier to brush out and my hair feels so healthy. Just found a new staple for my hair care routine. Definitely recommend and I wasn’t paid to write this! lol.
Only use if you want soft and silky hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t realize that after using a clarifying shampoo, you need to follow it up with a reconstructing moisturizing mask. It seems obvious to me now that if you dehydrate something, you need to add the moisture back in. I use a lot of dry shampoo, so I need to use a clarifying shampoo once a week to make sure my scalp is clean and healthy. Using this mask afterwards has been such a game changer. I always thought that my hair was just dry, and there’s nothing I could do about it. Over the last month, the texture of my hair has changed dramatically (full disclosure, I am not dyeing it right now either, so I’m sure that contributes to the healthiness). It is soft and silky and has been looking so healthy that I can’t believe it’s my hair.

It’s thick but not greasy or heavy at all. I have a lot of hair but fine strands that easily get weighed down and this worked so well. I left it in for 5 minutes and was able to detangle my hair in the shower without losing a ton of hair like I usually do. It also smells really nice and luxurious. My hair stayed smooth all through the night and into the next day even after a workout.
