How to:
On wet hair for blow drying:
1. Apply a thin layer on detangled, towel dried hair before blow drying. (Yes, you can layer this on top of your Leave-In Conditioner!)
2. Blow dry using your favorite flat brush or round brush to create smooth, shiny, healthy looking hair.
On dry hair for thermal styling:
1. Hold the bottle 6” away from your hair and spray a thin layer on the section you want to heat style. I like to comb it through with my fingers or a comb for even distribution.
2. Use your curling iron, flat iron or any thermal hair styling tool to create your desired texture.
Tip: Go easy... a little goes a long way!

A: Hello! That's a great question. Yes, you may definitely use the Style Assist Blow Dry Mist after applying the Volumizing Mousse. We recommend that you concentrate on applying the Volumizing Mousse from your roots to the middle of your hair first and allow about 2 minutes before applying the Blow Dry Mist. We also recommend concentrating on the middle of your hair all the way to your ends when applying the Blow Dry Mist.

I feel like after using this product then blow drying my hair, it makes my hair last longer styled in between washes. The scent resembles a salon blow out and isn’t too strong. Beautiful product!

It has a pleasant scent that isn’t overpowering. I love that it works on both damp and dry hair. The mist feels light and silky, not sticky or heavy, and it spreads easily through my strands. Right after using it, my hair looked smoother, glossier, and less frizzy. It gave a subtle shine and helped tame my frizz without weighing my hair down. Blow-drying also felt quicker, and I really liked its performance and the finish it gave on my 2B hair. I also love that it’s cruelty-free, color-safe, vegan, and free of sulfates, parabens, and phthalates. All of these are big pluses for me. That said, I was disappointed to see silicones like cyclotetrasiloxane and cyclopentasiloxane in the formula. These are potential endocrine disruptors, and I personally try to avoid them in my products. I would be much more interested if they reformulated without those ingredients, and I’d definitely try it again if that happens. I also shared it once with my sister, and while she loved the way it made her hair look, she experienced some mild scalp itching after use. It wasn’t severe, but enough to make her uncomfortable. All in all, it is a beautiful and effective product in terms of performance, but may not be the best fit for sensitive skin or ingredient-conscious users.

I have a very hard time finding the right products for my hair as they are either too heavy, or too light. This worked perfectly for me. If I didn’t have a wave in my hair that I dislike, I wouldn’t even need to use a hot iron. It is scented, pleasantly to boot, but not overly scented where it’s nauseating.
