Shoulder arthritis/partial rotator cuff repair. Used it for CrossFit (rowing machine, assault bike, dead lifts, bench press etc). It helps. Give me much more freedom of motion than shoulder sleeve and doesn't all sweat up. Really only issue for me, is that for ideal placement of tape on shoulder joint area, you do need a 2nd person to ideally place tape. E

I’ve used kt tape for years. I have arthritis in my knees and I find by taping them up I can walk further and dance a few more dances. It doesn’t irritate the skin and comes off easily in the shower.

Tape works great but durability has declined over the past year or so. Tape frays within 2-3 hours of application. 24 hours after application it just has to removed because of all the strings that are separating from the tape. The pro extreme should be able to be worn for 4-5 days and it used to be capable of that. This new tape is very disappointing

It started lifting immediately after laying it down. I taped my right foot and did not stick to the bottom of my foot at all. Taped my hip too and the end started peeling up immediately. It was super easy to remove.

Too much adhesive makes it more difficult to remove this tape vs the Cotton version. It also leaves a lot of gummy substance when the tape is removed. It did seem to perform comparable to the Cotton tape.

Pro Extreme. . years my only kenisiology purchase, but adhesion has become temperamental and perhaps bluntly, less than I require in 14hr gymnastic sessions 4-6 days a week, 5 hour minimum on off days. This past year the extra sticky& h20 adhesion offered up by a competitor, and their reliable wide roll with tip top adhesion has been what my body needs. Pro Extreme isn't trash, it just seems less than in the last couple years, still I layer it on and it's not useless, just no longer multi day use, not for me atleast.

This tape works better for hot, humid conditions that your cotton line or pro lines. It remains in place for many days. My biggest issue with is the removal process with the glue of the tape releasing from the tape and attaching to my skin. That is a bit of a bumper.
