KT TAPE PRO - 20 Pre-cut Strips

It actually helped my osteoarthritis in my knee. It stays on well and I found it easy to put on after watching a couple videos.

End of tape tends to lift off knee when playing sport outside in heat and needs to be replaced daily

I have been purchasing KT tape for years. The last time I bought it was in 2023, as a 150 strip roll. Since then, the company has redesigned the Pro Extreme and it is not for the better. The new version does not have the same elasticity that the old version had. Upon stretching it across the joints, it’s stretches like a worn out rubber band and does not support in the way that the old version did. The new one frays around the edges within an hour where the old one took days of wear. You can clearly see looking at the old tape versus the new tape that the quality is just not there(see photo). The strip of tape I have from my 7/4/2023 purchase still has clean edges, where as the tape I purchased on 7/5/25 looks like it’s been through the wringer right out of the box. The amount of glue residue has left me dumbfounded. The new tape has started shrinking away from the initial placement and is leaving behind lines of glue. I am scared to see what happens when I eventually take it off.

I have been using KT tape since I first saw it at the 2016 Olympics in Brazil. I won’t buy any other tape for pain. Yep it costs more but it releves the pain in my big body and gives my body a chance to Heal it self properly. I highly recommend therir products especially their professional pro one for maxximum adhesion. I put it on my knees to hold my knee joitntd in place. I have osteoaritis now so it doesn’t cute it but it holds your joints in place so you can move with conditioning. You still need to work it out . The step down is professional less adhesiom but enough for the back and ribs

This was not the correct tape for my situation. I did fond it to be useful for a few things

I wish the black lines on the beige tape were more subtle or eliminated. At least use tone on tone if marks are needed. Thank you.

Great product! My PT applies it at my weekly therapy session and I can feel the difference immediately. My shoulders were both replaced 20 years ago, and now the right one needs a “revision. ” I joke that the tape is the only thing holding the shoulder on…but it’s really not a joke. I only wish you could devise an applicator so I could put it on myself.

My family and I love these strips SO much! They immeditely relieve strain and help with recovery. I use them for workouts, marathon training, and even during long festival weekends, seriously a game changer!

Same as the oxygen pro. Bad adhesive problem. Didn't want to stay on my back after 5 hrs and my shift is we hrs so I was hurting by the end of the night. Wasted money.

Started using KT tape for right hip pain several years ago after a friend suggested I try it. It has been immensely helpful. Controls pain, keeps me moving, keeps me training. I am planning a hiking trip this fall and KT tape is coming with me!! Love it!!

The strips give me the support I need and are easy to use

Shoulder arthritis/partial rotator cuff repair. Used it for CrossFit (rowing machine, assault bike, dead lifts, bench press etc). It helps. Give me much more freedom of motion than shoulder sleeve and doesn't all sweat up. Really only issue for me, is that for ideal placement of tape on shoulder joint area, you do need a 2nd person to ideally place tape. E

I love this line of products. I try to avoid pain meds of all kinds. The tape helps me do that. I was doubtful, but now I'm a true believer! This product line is a super effective & healthy choice for pain. Get some.

Stays on and in place well. Comfortable to wear all day. Easy removal as well

I have arthritis in my right knee. KT tape lets me play tennis and or pickleball 5-6 times a week. I hurt a little after playing but arise fine for play the next day! Thanks KT Pro Tape

I’ve used kt tape for years. I have arthritis in my knees and I find by taping them up I can walk further and dance a few more dances. It doesn’t irritate the skin and comes off easily in the shower.
