I think it’s a good mandoline, but there were not instructions how to use the finger guard & I couldn’t figure out how to use it. It didn’t seem to fit into any of the grooves. So I used it bare knuckled. I cut my middle finger and thumb badly. I’m sorry but I have to return it.
