A: I compared ingredients in the two products. Basically the same ingredients with just minor differences. Probably a marketing ploy to sell same product under 2 different labels.

I have fine straight-ish hair but a lot of it, and I have struggled for as long as I can remember between finding a conditioner or shampoo/conditioner match that left my hair soft, smooth and like I just left the salon, but I’ve never been able to recreate it until now. It doesn’t leave my hair weighed down, but it’s also not still dry at the end. It’s a miracle, I don’t know what else to call it. My sister had thick hair that is almost curly, and she also swears by this product so don’t think because you don’t have fine hair it’s not for you!

i was so excited to use this product after reading the reviews . first time I used it made my hair dry and frizzy even though I followed the instructions carefully. The second time I used it I applied conditioner afterwards. it even got worse. i just stopped using it. now my hair looks super dry and burnt even though I use tons of hair oil to moisturize it, the damage is already done.

It heals hair!! I was using hair salon shampoo and conditioner which ruined my hair and caused hair loss. I started using this 3 times a week and my hair is so soft and silky! Smooth and the bald spots are healing. It does get warm but not hot. I am so keeping 5his around.

What sorcery is this??? I just found the Dream Lengths Wonder Water and have used it ONCE. I cleaned off my comb and brush from all the hair I have been losing. Then combed my hair after the shower and brushed when dry. Not one hair!!! Not one!! Miracle!!!!

Worst product I ever used in my hair in my entire life! I love Loreal Elvive Dream Lengths shampoo and conditioner. Thought I'd get lucky with this because I have very long curly fine hair that tangles really bad. I read the ingredients and there's a lot of alcohol in it but I tried it anyway. Followed directions to a T and my hair never tangled up as bad as it did from this. Further reading on the package says that it's flammable. I'm tossing it out!

I have been a L’Oreal buyer for decades and had high hopes for THIS particular product. And although it made my long hair feel “decent”… it came with a cost. And by cost, we mean painful 2nd to 3rd degree burns FROM the product. Thinking I was overreacting and had used it wrong, I asked around, did research and learned that this is a COMMONLY KNOWN ISSUE. And others have reported the same issue I had, with photos, and their photos were near IDENTICAL to what happened to me. So overall, not worth the agonizing pain, itching, weeping and burning of the skin.

I love this stuff!! I have been using it for a couple of years (?) *since it was stocked in my local target. It not only helps my dry ends look smoother, it actually gets the knots out in the shower!! (yay-less breakage/loss of hair!!) This stuff has saved my hair so many times. I’m a busy working mom and don’t have time to get my hair cut - I go maybe twice a year. So the split ends are real. This stuff makes me feel like I just got a blow out. It’s amazing. I have very thin, fine hair too so I am super picky about what I can use.
