Q: Can you use this on a short haircut? I see it says avoid scalp, kind of hard when your hair is cut close to your head.

A: I wear my hair in a bob below my chin and above my shoulders. I use this product on the longest ends of my hair in front to prevent frizz. It works to reduce frizz on my slightly wavy hair.

Nothing makes my hair feel softer or smoother. Yes you use a LOT of product per use - max 8 applications per bottle (marked on bottle - I use 1.5-2 applications per use because I have a lot of hair). But you don’t use it every wash. For me it’s most effective when used every other week. I know I have used enough product when it forms a thick rich lather. When I rinse, it feels like a miracle transformation!

I don’t know why more people aren’t talking about this product. I’ve repurchased it several times and use it once a week on my thick/coarse hair in between shampoo and deep conditioner. I don’t wash my hair often and went from losing chunks of hair trying to “comb” between my fingers while/after shampooing, to barely losing anything. There is a noticeable difference in how shiny my hair looks flat ironed when using this product versus not. It doesn’t add any grease and also has a pleasant scent.

It has way too much alcohol in it. My hair felt “stripped” and like steel wool until I got it rinsed out and got the conditioner on my hair. I won’t use it again for fear of permanently damaging my hair. My hair is very fine and can’t take much abuse. I don’t even use heat on it at all.

Works like a charm. There was a noticeable difference when I’d didn’t use it, and it helped deranged my hair so I didn’t have to rip my wet hair. Paired it with gisou conditioner, and my hair has never been better! It doesn’t do much for frizz, though.

After reading the reviews I considered this purchase a coin toss. Maybe I’d like it, maybe I wouldn’t. I was unexpectedly wowed by it. I have fine, thin, color treated, shoulder length hair. I didn’t need to use the full 20 ml to see results. My hair looks fantastic!! So soft and smooth and I LOVE the scent!

Between aging and being on a medication that can cause hair issues, I have been struggling to get my hair to feel like it used to. I am so happy with it. It took away almost all of the frizziness. It is shinier. The dullness has disappeared. I buy most of my products unscented because I can be very sensitive to scents. This is subtle but just lovely. I’ve been searching for a gloss treatment similar to the Kerastase one, and this is it! I have thick, straight, frizzy hair. This treatment works amazing. It smells nice, is a quick addition to my shower routine, and makes my normally frizzy and tangly hair very manageable. I only used it on mid lengths to ends of my hair, and I didn’t use conditioner (as I don’t with my Kerastase treatment). I didn’t even need a detangler after my shower! Just heat protectant. I also didn’t notice any issues with my hair color fading. Will definitely repurchase and continue to use.

This product needs to be in your hair care routine. I have thick, coarse hair that can be completely unmanageable, especially when the season changes. I wash my hair every 3-4 days and I use this every time in between my shampoo and conditioner. It leaves my hair looking silky smooth every time.
