The colors included offer so much diversity to play with to get that natural look for different occasions. The powders are not irritating to my skin and stay on all day for long wear use.

Nothing too flashy but shimmery enough to go from wearing day to night. I was also impressed by the coverage and length of time the eye shadow last without having to reapply.

This is a good pallet with different neutrals for pretty much any day and any occasion. If you're someone who wears makeup every day and prefers neutrals, this will give you a full range of colors. When I did wear these, I wasn't in a very hot or humid place, so I can't speak to that but they lasted the whole day.
