I can’t believe the quality, especially in this price range. The plastic is thicker than most dollhouses these days, and even though it may be a little bit annoying to put the house together with little screws, it means it will stay together well. (Pro tip: have another person put it together with you. Took about two hours even working as a team). The dollhouse does not come with the car or any dolls, but it does come with furniture for the rooms and some food items and a few other small accessories such as a toothbrush and a disco ball. I love the size of the house! It’s absolutely massive and will grow with your little one because of that. The one thing I was confused about is that the table in the diner looks like it should hook into the wall somewhere but I couldn’t find any place with holes to fit the notches on that table. It stands up ok on its own so it’s not a deal-breaker, but I thought it was a little bit frustrating. The only other con is that I wish this dollhouse came with the elevator that I’ve seen on a previous LOL Dollhouse. I think that, and a smaller amount of accessories, is why they are able to keep the price on this down though so in a way it’s also a pro. Overall I’m so pleased with this purchase!

I love that my daughter can have her first doll house that is made of real wood! I put it together within 1-2hrs on Christmas at night after my 12hr shift 😮💨 But what I realllyyyyy disliked is the “surprises” is just mainly the furniture and each leaf for the palm tree which is dumb . ANDDDD I was expecting a doll atleast to go with the doll house but there wasn’t any 🙃

Anyone contemplating on getting this, get it! Yes, it does arrive in original packaging if you order online, but that’s because the box is huge! If the box arrives damaged on the outside, DON’T STRESS, because the items inside are well taken care of by either being boxed or padded. Don’t return unless you just absolutely hate it. This was for my 5 year old’s main Christmas gift, but my 2 year old daughter has taken to it also. It’s fun, vibrant, fashionable and so much imagination can be made with this. I got this on a Target deal, but whether you have to pay full price or you find a deal, it’s worth either way.

Not real wood but definitely sturdy! It is incredibly detailed! There’s so much to it. I found it inside the target store on sale and an employee brought it to my car and put it in my trunk. My daughter loves it and I even got excited to play with it. Definitely recommend!

I’ll never know what this looks like. I passed on the 2 on the shelves in Target because they had clearly been returned and poorly repackaged/re-taped. I ordered online through Target and it stated that the dollhouse would arrive in original packaging. Not ideal, but fine. I ordered it. It shipped promptly, and I could tell from FedEx tracking that it did not originate from our area so I was glad they weren’t just shipping me the garbage I already passed on at our local Target. It was delivered by FedEx today - in the rain, with no plastic bag to protect it. Luckily I was home when it arrived and had been looking out for it, but it still got a good dousing in the short time it took me to go outside and bring it inside. This one too was clearly repackaged and re-taped. And filthy under the tape, even before getting rained on. This was to be for a giving tree gift donation. The manufacturer needs to take more care, both in quality control over what gets shipped out, and the carrier they choose for their deliveries. So I will be returning it to Target today.

My five year-old niece has been asking for this lol surprise dollhouse for over 6 months. I got it for her for Christmas when I finally found it at Target I was so excited I found it!! Unfortunately, she did see it when it was delivered. It is a very big and she seen the package looking out the window. I told her I was going to return it that it is a Christmas present and it's no longer a surprise, She said NO "Everything doesn't have to be a surprise" I could not stop laughing. This is so worth the price made out of wood, which I am excited for she has a little sister that destroys things.

I put this together myself in about an hour and a half a few steps were a little tricky but not bad. The accessories are amazing and very cute. This thing is massive make sure you have a good amount of space for this. My daughter really likes this house the step by step video was really easy to pause and follow.

I'll start by saying that I normally don't write reviews on Toy purchases but this was a good one. My 7 yr old LOVES it. It took about 2.5 hrs to put together but it was pretty straight forward. No stickets, parts are well down and the big furniture that is included (not painted) is easy to open and play with. I recommend it!

My 2.5 years old daughter’s favorite doll house so far. She spends quite a time playing on her doll house everyday and i am happy with my choice. We can add more lol dolls and they all have lots of rooms to go with. Took an hour to assemble with my husband but once you done it is stable and well made.
