This used to be my go-to eyeliner for several years because it didn't smudge and was long lasting. This is no longer the case, I assume they changed the formula because each time I've bought this over the last year or so it smudges, wears off in just a couple of hours, and the eyeliner pen itself only lasts a couple of weeks before drying out. Such a disappointment.

This eyeliner is not smudge proof. I have deep set eyes and L’Oréal discontinued my favorite eyeliner, lash paradise liquid eyeliner. So now I’m looking for something new. This eyeliner was all over my upper eyelid after about 30 mins and it made a complete mess of my eyelid. I tried two times. Total eyeliner betrayal! If I could give this zero or negative stars I would.

This eyeliner sucks. First off its not even dark enough and its dry! Also it always transfers to my upper lid ruining my entire look! I hate this eyeliner. I have never hated a makeup product this much because its just makeup but this eyeliner ruined so many of my looks because i keep giving it another chance. After a few tries, it went in the trash!!!

I like the applicator but not the product. It never completely dries and sticks/transfers to my upper eye lid. I have tried to allow extra time for it to dry before applying eye shadow. Applying setting powder doesn't help either. Disappointing since I bought it based on reviews.

This used to be the perfect eyeliner. It went on well, easy to apply, didn’t smudge, lasted forever. Something changed. Now it’s watery, smudgy and what does come out doesn’t last. Please fix this, L’Oreal! I bought three in a row hoping it was a fluke. It’s not.

This eyeliner is terrible! The black goes on as more of a grey, and it stays on for about an hour, not 12 hours as claimed. I've tried wearing it three or four times, and it ends up smeared on my upper lid within two hours. What a waste of money.

previously loved this product but lately dries out -- have been using this for years but for the past few months every one I buy dries out in less than a week - it used to last probably close to a month - not sure what changed but need to go back to old formulation and/or amount of liquid in the pen. I have tried buying from different stores thinking that the store where I usually purchased them had old stock but even pens purchased at other stores had same result and dried out after just a few uses.

I’ll a liquid eyeliner person. I always used the gold version of this brand. I tried this on a whim and after getting use to it, I love this better. I always get compliments on my liner. Don’t shake it too much or it will get too wet and it takes longer to dry and harder to work with. Amazing once you get use to it. No issues with smudging.

Had to wait for the little that did apply to dry then repeat several time just for it to look like a light liner look. Wanted it a little dark to give a basic liner look but took to long to even get light look
