There is a new look with a cheap "silver" look on the new blush true match product. I think it is hard to handle/hold and the blush is now square. The older packaging was classy looking and now I leave this ugly silver container at home. Then when taped close you can't get the sticky residue off the top. Now it looks more ugly.

I have used this product in baby blossom color for over 30 years. Lately the product has become so compacted that it is hard to get color on the brush to get it on your cheeks. Then there is almost a metallic finish in the compact after you start to use it. I am very disappointed on the quality of the blush anymore.

The product itself has remained, the same, I think. But your packaging stinks for years and years you had the package with the brush underneath. Now there is a brush underneath, but there’s not enough space for the package to close once you start using the brush.

Tender rose is not a cool pink and I’m surprised that seems to be the general consensus. On me it appears peachy and warm. Flower Beauty sweet pea is cooler toned than this and similar and I like it better, but I was hunting for something even cooler. The worst part is the crappy packaging though! Flimsy, noisy, unstable, and with an unnecessary brush included. Not very pigmented. I was disappointed in what I thought was a cult favorite. This will break before anyone hits pan. I totally regret this purchase.

I switched from loose powder mineral blush to this for less mess. I like the blush but it’s deceptively thin in the case. I’ve used 2 now and both times the blush broke up before I was close to using it up. Thankfully I had an old mineral blush case to put it into. Also think the mirror in bottom of case is a waste of materials and $$.

I’m very pale and needed a really soft pink blush. The color looked perfect in the pan but there is no color or pigment at all. Even with products that are very sheer they show up prett well oh me but this one was so difficult to build up any color. I had to scrape the top of it and dip my brush into the powder that gathered and only then was I able to get some kind of color payoff

So i bought this blush because i wanted a coral-y shimmer free blush, and some web article had said it had no shimmer. However, when i got the blush, it had TONS of shimmer and glitter in it. Its my fault for believing the article but shimmer free blushes are just so hard to find. Dont buy if you dont like the glitter

I have used True Match Tender Rose for years. I recently noticed that the compact style had changed a bit. I assumed the blush would be the same but it’s not. No pigment. I apply and apply and still look pale. I thought I was losing my mind until I read a similar review from someone else, so now I’m searching for, and stocking up on, Tender Rose in the old style compacts because if the new version is so drab I won’t be able to continue using it…. Maybe (hopefully) it’s just a fluke!?!

I love the color, I’ve been buying this product for years. But the formula doesn’t seem to blend and stay on as well as it used to. The packaging has also changed for the worse. Please bring back the thicker brush. I kept my old one, but it’s wearing out. The new one is thin and useless.

I have used the tru match products for years and loved them. The new packaging and applicators are terrible. Why did they stop using the old compacts that worked so well? Please bring back the compacts that worked so well and did not leave a big mess.

I got the shade Tender Rose (looking for a sort of purple shade and the beauty dept at target was super picked over so this was all I could find). I vaguely remember trying a ginger-y shade from this line years ago and liking it. I don’t know if my tastes have changed or what but the tender rose blush I got has zero pigment. My skin color is truly as pale as you can get & I dug around too just begging for some pigment to come off the pan. It did add a lot of shimmer (not chunky glitter, more of a sheen), which I’m not opposed to (there’s much better drugstore highlighters out there though), & it’s just not what I got the product for.. pretty disappointing, I wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve been using this blush for years. I recently bought more and noticed the new packaging. Not only is the packaging updated but they added a pop up mirror and changed the brush to a smaller, softer bristled make up brush. ( it’s pure white - mine isn’t anymore because I’ve been using the blush.) The brush is fantastic. It’s soft and really gets the blush on my face softly without any excess. This subtle change makes application perfect. It really makes a difference in how the product works in my opinion. I’ve attached a photo. Great job and nice upgrade, L’Oréal!

I love the powder! It keeps its transluscence. And I like the brush, but the compact itself doesn't make sense. The mirror opens on the opposite side from the powder, so you can't use them together. All it does is add unnecessary weight to the relatively lightweight compact case.
