Q: What is the voltage of this product? trying to figure out if I can use it through my power adapter for my trip to greece!
A: Hi there! The Laifen SE Lite Hair Dryer (USA version) is made for 110V–120V outlets only. Since Greece uses 220V–240V, it won’t work safely with just a plug adapter. For travel to Greece, you’d need either a dual-voltage hair dryer or a heavy-duty voltage converter designed for high-wattage appliances like hair dryers. Safe travels and hope this helps! ✈️🌍

Q: I received this for a birthday gift and it did not come with a smooth nozzle. I should have one included correct?
A: Yes, you're absolutely correct. The Laifen SE Lite Hair Dryer (1400 Watts) sold at Target should come with a smooth nozzle attachment included in the box. All our Laifen SE Lite models come with this standard attachment. Since your gift didn't include the smooth nozzle that should have been part of the package, this appears to be a packing error. I apologize for this inconvenience, especially since it was a birthday gift. You have two options to resolve this: 1. Return the dryer to Target for an exchange with a complete package 2. Contact us directly with your proof of purchase, and we can mail you the missing attachment If you'd prefer to contact us directly, please email support@laifenusa.com with your order details.
