Like new after10 years’
I have the bath sheet towels and use them daily. They are 20 years old and color has not faded and they look like new. Now I am ordering as a gift.

Poor weave quality
Just received these towels. The weave is far too loose. The threads easily snag on everything. I do not pumice my callus skin nor file my finger nails. These rough surfaces catch and pull out the weave leaving a long loose threads.

Great colors & feel
15 or so years after our first purchase of LE Supima towel sets, we are changing up our colors (to Baltic Blue and Thyme) and giving our slightly worn, but still serviceable towels break. The new colors are rich and lovely, the terry is silky soft and super thirsty. Looking forward to years of hard use, again.

Shale Gray More Blue
Have purchased towels in the past and quite happy with them. Thought I would refresh and purchase new. Ordered sets in both Rich Steel and Shale Gray. Rich Steel color is as pictured; however, Shale Gray is more blue than gray and in photo on line represents as more gray. Hoping the quality upholds as did last purchase. Beware when ordering Shale Gray.

Color does not match!!!
I bought the Roasted Walnut Supima towels with bath matts of the same color name. Love the towels but SO DISAPPOINTED that the matt color is not even close. It is way lighter - about half the shade of the towels - and much grayer. Looks kind of like it was faded. No one could tell me if there is a better match co I am returning the entire order.

Terrible decline in quality
Washing instructions are now wash in cold water on delicate cycle. These made in India towels are thin, seem to get pulls when you look at them crosswise, ends are not sewn well, and are a huge decrease in quality from the prior version made in Turkey. The rose color is not rose, it's a coral as noted by an another reviewer. I have bought these towels for more than 15 years. I will have to buy two replacement towels of this current version just to keep a set intact when they go on clearance, then no more of these until you wake up Lands End and find a vendor that can manufacture a decent towel.

Terrible. I bought these, washed and dried them, and they are covered in loose strings all over every towel. I don't know who the heck is rating these 5 stars because they are garbage.

Best towels
I received these wonderful towels for Christmas and they have gone to the top my list for most favorite towels. I seriously have total strangers how great of towels they are- thick, plush and wash and dry beautifully. They look the same, as when I opened them! And the personalization really is nice!

Pure Luxury!
Super thick, soft, and absorbent. Washes well and almost no lint! I have washed them 3 times and they are sturdy. 5 star spa quality and ample sized. Pure luxury!

Disappointed. Lots of snags.
Lots of snagging! I ordered 12 bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and a bath sheet. 1/4 of them had snags immediately out of package. I washed them on cold delicate and several more became snagged- 1 snag became about 12 long loop in the middle of the towel. While they seemed soft, all are going back because I can’t afford the risk of actually using them with that high a price tag.

Slightly waterproof
Unlike other towels, these are slightly waterproof. With only one pass of the towel, skin is still wet. Must find a dry spot on the towel and do a second & third pass in order get truly dry.

Improved Rating Based on Performance
I am revising my review of these towels from my one star rating in early November. I had complained of bad odor but 5-6 washings finally eliminated the smell. I still think they shouldn't arrive with an odor. I ordered two more after appreciating the generous size, great softness, good wicking away of water and quick drying after use. All performance areas were great. The long tags are annoying and I cut them off, only to find that the remaining white sliver of tag frays. Tags should be sewn down flat on two sides.

3 Different Shades of Gray
I purchased a gray bath towel, gray hand towel, and 2 gray wash cloths. They are all different shades of gray! The wash cloths are much darker than the towels. And, we have to pay to return items! This is just not acceptable. When I buy a set of towels, I expect them to all be the same color!

Something’s Different-Not Better
I bought a set of dark sand towels to coordinate with a recently purchased set of bath rugs. The rugs were purchased to replace rugs I had in antelope color, because you no longer had the rugs in antelope! Well, the dark sand rugs don’t match the towels (the color has a much yellower hue than the towels do), and the towels are ok, but why the large ribbon Lands End tag that replaces the subtle elegant tag on previous towels. And why are the new towels supposed to be washed in cold water and gentle cycle? I want to get my towels super clean, are these towels too delicate to stand up to a sturdy wash? It’s all puzzling. Something’s changed and is not the dependable product I’ve relied on previously.
