Q: Does the lamp base not come with a harp?? I ordered the base and a lamp shade separately and there is nothing to screw the two together. Suggestions? Link to a harp that is compatible?

A: Ok so I was worried about this as well. I went to the store to check it out before buying. The lampshades in Target had a round piece that rests on the base where the bulb screws in, eliminating the need for the harp. Cool.

This is a nice tall lamp. When used with the large shade (sold separately), it is 30 inches high. Nice substantial ceramic. Has a slight texture througout the lamp which makes it appear not so white. A close look makes me think it has a slight pink or terracotta undertone and breaks up the white nicely. This lamp has a 3 way switch, uses a max 150 watt bulb. Most lamps are not 3 way. This is a big plus for me. Very satisfied, I bought 2 of these. Modernized my living room instantly. Highly recommend this lamp. Purchased in store.

Looks like a quality light. Beware that piece that holds shade on and finial do not come w/light. Would have given 5 stars but for that as didn't realize and now need to go buy these missing items. Also happy w/lamp shade.

Beautiful and looks very high end. Cons - 1. Couldn't find a lampshade for it which i liked. I am not a designer so it's a struggle for me. May be suggestions on the lampshade to buy with it would be great 2. would have to buy the shade holder, the top round thing separately. Suggestion on that would be helpful.

Great quality and size. I’ve been disappointed in the past with items showing up smaller than anticipated - this is not one of those purchases. They are big enough to fit well on side tables, night stands, entryway tables. Design is neutral and works well in any space.

First of all, my interior designer (who loves expensive things) loved this lamp and called it "luxe"... I agree. We wanted a large, bold statement in our lamp and put all our money in a cool shade and the lamp looks like it should be hundreds rather than $40 plus shade... Its beautiful.

This is a very nice lamp that looks much more expensive than it is. You'll need to attach your own harp and shade but I prefer my lamps this way. The texture is beautiful in person and it has a slight sheen to the finish which makes the finish more noticeable than if it was matte. I couldn't be more happy with this product!

Really cute! Happy with my purchase! Note that it really is quite a big lamp so not recommended for smaller spaces or tables. It definitely needs a large lampshade with a tall harp. And I think a drum shade will look best, rather than a cone. Last note is that it’s not that sturdy of a ceramic. I had to get a replacement from my first order b/c one half arrived shattered even though wrapped in bubble wrap. But still a good value for what I paid for!
