I actually ended up buying it twice because I thought it was my mistake, that I had ordered the wrong product - I even tried a “chat” with your bot but it just no longer a great product.

I bought 4 of the top rated primers, even the ones recommended for mature skin.Pure Canvas Primer Hydrating is there VERY BEST!!I am 70 years old and unfortunately never wore sunscreen, even though I've lived in Dallas, Los Angeles, Honolulu and now Orlando. I also had a total hysterectomy at 35 so I immediately was post menopausal. I thought I was cute and never thought about getting old. For me, I now wear a mineral sunscreen, let it dry and then my Laura Mercier Pure Canvas Primer Hydrating then makeup... If I want to. If you have dry skin, try this primer!! It's the best!

This is my go-to radiant-boosting primer when I want that soft, lit-from-within glow without looking greasy or overdone. It has a lightweight, breathable texture that melts into my skin and layers beautifully under makeup. On camera, it gives me that subtle glow that makes editing a breeze less color grading, more natural radiance.I reach for this a lot when I’m creating content because it just makes my skin look even, healthy, and glowy before I even get to foundation. It sits well under every base I’ve tried, never pills, never shifts, and actually makes my makeup wear better. Y favourite thing is that it plays nicely with other primers too, so I can mix and match depending on the look I’m going for.It keeps my skin feeling hydrated all day, and the glow stays put, it doesn’t disappear or get oily as the day goes on. On light-makeup or no-makeup days, this is all I need for a dewy, effortless finish.If you're looking for a primer that hydrates, smooths, and adds a soft-focus radiance, this is it. It doesn’t even compete with Makeup Forever’s HD Hydra Glow, it’s in a league of its own. It is on the pricier side, but worth every coin. I picked mine up at Sephora.

I have used this primer for YEARS - I just restocked and this new formula is disappointing. I used to just put this on during the summer and it had a tiny bit of coverage to it - not any more. White and yucky. Very sad!

A little goes a long way. It is not too thin or too thick. Sinks into the skin and provides a smooth velvety base for makeup application. Only drawback is the recent size reduction, which is not commensurate with the price reduction. However, it out performs other primers I have tried, so I had to return to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not tried a primer in a long time - I am at the point where I don't want to wear heavy makeup - so I thought I didn't need it. But I purchased it recently and tried it under my tinted moisturizer - and it works great! With wearing a primer, I don't need as much tinted moisturizer, and it applies evenly. And looks fantastic too.

Much to my dismay, it appears that the formulation and tone/color of the product has changed. This is VERY disappointing. Please highly consider changing back to the prior formula as it was SO much better.

I LOVE this primer. Truly my holy grail and I’ve been using it for years now. A little goes a long way. Still on my tube i purchased in 2023! I recently purchased a new tube as part of a sale, and received it and noticed not only is it less product (tube from 2023 is 1.7 fluid oz and new tube is 1.0 fluid oz) but still the same price. Less product for the same price is robbery! Really hoping the formula didn’t change. Also noticed the 2023 tube expires after 24 months wheres as the new one expires after 12. I’m really just stuck on there being less product in the tube but the price didn’t budge at all. Not right for these companies to be doing this :(

This primer was my go to. Definitely added luminosity to my face ever under foundation and make up. Unfortunately the package size went from 1.7 ounces to 1 ounce for an increased price. The formula also changed. Ive moved on to NARS better quality and cheaper.
