[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these from DonorsChoose a year ago and been using them weekly with my students. They love using these for test prep when I taught 2nd. Last year, I taught TK and use them weekly to practice their letter names, colors, numbers, shapes and etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for my school agers for summer activities. But I found out my preschoolers love them too. They love the colors. Great for a ton of learning activities. The kids don't realize they are learning. Just playing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these sound buzzers last year and have used them in my preschool classroom this past year and absolutely LOVE them!! They are great just attention-getters when your students are a little too noisy and you want to get them listening and calm. They are also great for story sound effects and for even getting students to transition from one activity to the next (for example, from carpet to lining up having each student push them). It’s a great tool for the classroom!!

The sound is fantastic, but we got a set with duplicate sounds. Missing the "bell" sound. We have only used them once and one of the sounds is already faulty.

Use for pet. let us know he needs to go out.

I want to update my review because I only gave the buttons 1 star previously. One after the other, after a year of having them, I thought they weren't recording anymore. BUT, it was all human error. I wasn't holding down the record button correctly, therefore, they weren't recording. I am glad that I figured out the problem because I have 24 of them!

Bought 24 of these. Worked at first and didn't use them for the last 8 months. When I went to re-record a different word on all of them, NONE of them worked/recorded anymore. NONE. Even after trying to change the batteries with fresh ones.

I received these and they have no batteries installed and the battery compartments are impossible to open to add batteries. Will return.

It hasn't got a normal buzz sound. Make one with a normal buzz sound.

These buzzers are fun, and although I've had them for a couple of years, they have only been used a handful of times before one of the buzzers no longer makes a sound consistently. It's not due to the batteries not working - it only makes a sound every few times it is hit - or the sound is cut short because the button gets stuck. I tried to pull it apart in hopes to fix wherever it is stuck, but this does not seem possible. I know they are not super expensive, but I would still expect them to last for many more uses than what they did... I would not purchase these again.

I purchased these buzzers along with the barnyard buzzers and the children love them. I set up a panel, and ask the children questions, in which they us to answer.

For a math project me and my friends bought this but we were told to go in the hall because it was to loud. There is no off button or volume so it's so annoying!

Use these for student generated group games

Students love the buzzers and the fun noises. They are easy for them to use and the colours make it easy to organize into groups and attract student eyes. However, I only used them twice with students for review and 2 already don't work. Tried replacing batteries and asking around. Doesn't seem to last for student use at all.

Opened the new box and the orange one didn't work. Tried everything and several others tried to help, but nothing worked. Otherwise, it was really a fun way to informally quiz the kids in my class. Also bought the animal sound buzzers. They were a favorite with the kids (ages 12-14)! :)
