Legendairy Milk Lactivist is an all-natural lactation supplement designed to increase milk supply for breastfeeding. Lactivist is formulated with torbangun, a unique and potent galactagogue. In Indonesia, torbangun is used as a traditional food to stimulate lactation for the month or so following childbirth. The leaves are commonly consumed by mothers who have given birth in North Sumatra, in particular the Batak tribe. New Bataknese mothers believe torbangun not only promotes breast milk production, but is also rich in minerals like calcium, magnesium and iron to help with postpartum fatigue and to restore vitality. HOW TO USE: Take 1 ml 3-4 times daily, directly under your tongue or mixed in a 2 oz. glass of your favorite beverage. Keep away from children. Not for use during pregnancy. Store in a cool, dry place. May lower blood sugar - if you are diabetic or hypoglycemic, consult with yur doctor before use. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, may occur; in which case, discontinue use. Take with food and stay hydrated. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. It's worth it!
Lactivist definitely doubled my supply in about 2 weeks or so. I went from barely 2 oz on a good day to 4+oz regularly when I pump. It is worth the hype and I'm on a subscription for it to save money.

The flavor takes a hot minute to get used to, but it's not bad. As for my supply, I'm not 100% sure this has helped or not. But my supply hasn't decreased, so thats a plus!

My milk supply dropped after going back to work and pumping 4-5 times a day. This boosted my supply an average of about 5 oz. a day! I've been taking it for about a month and noticed a difference after about 10-14 days. The taste isn't so bad once you get used to it!

its clean, organic and a great quality product. It has helped my milk production and supply. I feel great and have also noticed an increased "glow" in my general appearance each day. My hair growth has improved and feels thicker too love this, will be buying more :)

Tastes like Fernet
I don't know if it's increasing supply since I EBF and supply is fine (baby gaining enough, I just got anxious when supply regulated and felt less full). Just here to say it tastes like Fernet/amaro, very herbal, a little bitter, I like it.

I'm going to keep it 100, the taste is strong and not the best, but what I do is mix it with my protein shake or fruit smoothie. My tastebuds are strong, but honey, not for this one. However, in regards to lactation, it boosted my supply when I had a dip while on my period. I was pumping around 2oz together and when I started taking it, it went up to 4-5 together. But, I have been taking Milkpoolza and Pumping Princess for about a month too. Even with those being taken religiously, I still saw a boost as soon as I started taking Lactivist. I would give it a 5 stars, if it wasn't for the strong taste. But it's doing its jobs, so I can't be that mad at it lol. It's helping me, hoping it helps a hardworking momma like you.

Great Product!
I wasn't expecting much from Lactivist but it has definitely increased my supply in just a few short days! I have also noticed my milk being a little fattier! The taste is a little bitter but easily washed down with water or tea! I will definitely repurchase again in the future

Lactivist supplement for milk supply issues
I purchased this supplement at the recommendation of a medical provider after experiencing a decrease in my milk supply. I took this supplement along with Goat's Rue and did see a rather significant increase in my milk supply. The taste is slightly less than desirable.

I had a breast reduction surgery many years ago and had almost no milk for my first baby. I had my second and we had to start supplementing almost immediately. I think he was about 6 weeks old, we were making 3 oz bottles to follow up nursing sessions. Almost immediately after starting lactivist, we could start making 2 oz bottles instead! So I estimate I got an 8-10 oz boost. It took a few days to get another bottle after I ran out and he started taking bigger bottles again. After I got a new bottle, he went right back down.

Not sure it's working
I keep this at my work desk and take the 1mL recommendation before each round of pumping, so at least 3x a day. I don't think this is doing anything for my supply, as my supply fluctuates. So even if I get a great output session, it's nulled by a normal or lower session after. Plus the taste is pretty terrible.

Helped increase supply
Lactivist is one of my favorites! I am an undersupplier and this tincture is part of my supplement routine to increase and support my supply. The research behind the ingredients is so strong that I felt I had to try it. The taste is nice and sweet and I look forward to taking it. My supply has increased from 1oz during a pumping session to almost 4oz!

Increased my supply overnight
Have been STRUGGLING to increase my supply. Tried everything under the sun. Ordered this and received yesterday. Took two doses and this morning I was able to pump double what I normally do!! I am so glad to finally find something that works for me! The taste is a little like dark tea, it’s easy to take and I’m excited to continue using this product!

I've been taking it twice daily since receiving it, but not really seeing a huge difference, personally. The taste is super strong as well.
