SO MUCH PAIN! Caused clogged ducts, fever/chills, muscle soreness, and headache
Buyer Beware. My baby is 3 months and I haven’t had any clogged ducts, but I took this one time and it caused so much pain in both breasts due to clogged ducts. Now I’m just trying to figure out how to clear them. I have a headache, full body chills yet burning up at the same time, and weakness and pain in every muscle in my body. I am scared I may even have mastitis. The only thing I did differently was take this supplement the night before my symptoms came on. It clearly does make a difference in milk production bc I suspect that fattier milk and perhaps a surplus of it is what caused it to clog, but not sure if it is in a good way—maybe for some which is why I am giving two stars. Please be careful though. I would recommend probably taking this alongside sunflower lecithin to assure the fattier, perhaps higher volume milk can still make its way out to avoid this scenario I’m in.

The only supplement that has boosted my supply
A friend recommended moringa to help boost supply. I tried a few different moringa supplements, but Cash Cow was the only one that helped boost my supply. I get now an extra 0.50-1 ounce per pump. It doesn't seem like a lot, but it all adds up!
