A: Hello! It really varies for each woman. Some women take our products as needed or for a short period. Others take them for several weeks/months or for the duration of their breastfeeding journey. We offer a 1 month supply of most of our products for those who would like to continue taking them after the 10 day period.

Literally thank God for this. It took about a weeks time for it to really really work. After a day or two I noticed about an ounce increase. Now after a week, I’m flowing w the milk. Was producing 3 ounces from both boobs total after an hr of pumping. Now I can get 7oz per boob after about 15 minutes. My baby is gassy, but not fussy. I pair the supplement with a snack and a body armor and I’m good to go. Started with two pills three times a day but now that I’m flowing I just do 2-3 a day. So so worth it.

I was hesitant to try any type of supplement for milk production because I was afraid it would make my baby gassy or hurt her tummy. My sister swore by Liquid Gold, so I decided to give it a try. Because of my hesitation, I only decided to take a single capsule in the morning, and one at night (with is much less than the suggested dosage). That alone gave me a boost in my supply. My baby is mostly breastfed, but I give her a bottle for her night feeding so she gets a greater intake for a deeper sleep. I also keep milk on hand for when someone else is watching her. My biggest issue was that I would pump a couple of times a day to maintain that stored supply. Once I pumped, it would dip my supply for the day. My body was slow at replenishing. Liquid Gold definitely helped with that and now I can't go without it!! Highly recommend!

I read the reviews and started with one pill in the morning. My milk production went from 2 oz to almost 4 oz when I pump during the workday. I breastfeed in the mornings, evenings, and weekends.
