Missing bags
I was so excited to start building this as my first big Lego set. When I got it I was super excited. But 6 bags out of the 22 bags were missing. Bags: 1,2,3,4,5, and 9 were all gone. There was also some Tear in one of the instructions packet. And the instructions themselves didn't come in a wrap that Lego sets usually do, so the set was definetly resealed. I have not opened any bags yet thankfully, so I will try and get a full refund. But so far, not pleased with this.

Everything I could ask for!
As a lover of the films and the books, I really wanted to have a set to represent the world of Harry Potter, I missed out growing up on the larger full-scale set, and at the moment have no space for a large set like that anyway, so when I saw this I thought it was perfect, includes everything I could want for a skyline of the castle, and so many easter eggs while building, the overall experience was fantastic, and the result looks just as good as I was expecting, well worth the price and had such a great time from the first to last page of building it

Really fun, but wish ...
I really enjoyed building this and my three year old hovered the whole time and put in a few pieces. It was fun seeing it light up her imagination. If I'd really studied this before I bought it I would've noticed every detail but when I was building the boathouse I thought for a second it was going to be hagrid's hut and got excited. By the time I was done I really wished it did have his hut, a mini quidditch field, and maybe a small patch of the forbidden forest. With hose few things it would've covered the entirety of the Hogwarts grounds and all the mains settings with major plot points in the books. I still love it but I do wish it had those few additions.
