Target Sale
Not a specific review of the product; it’s great. My issue is that Target ran this sale, used this product in all their advertising material. The product was unavailable to order before the moment the sale even went live. The modular series is phenomenal, but Target needs to do better than this.

First official modular
Incredibly fun to build and seeing each level come to life, but somewhat sad to then cover it up so that others can’t see the little details. However, looking forward to the next city block as my next modular.

So glad I got this before it retired, I’m newish to Lego building, and I’m sad I missed some of the other buildings that complete this group. But this is an amazing build!

As fun as the music
I have been a fan of jazz for decades, so I was excited to build this while listening to my favorite jazz program on our local volunteer-run radio station. I had so much fun with this build, the background music enhancing the experience. Among my favorite Lego builds and displays.

Since I bought the Bouquet hotel lego, I thought it would be good to add the Jazz Club to the collection.

Fun and creative build
I'm barely a quarter of the way into my build and it has the hallmarks of the Icons building. It has a lot of cute and creative details on the choices of lego pieces used to create the various parts of the building. As I continue my build, I'm just taken away by the creativity it took to come up the layout. For example, the way the ticket office was designed. It started out as a box and then when you finish it would be angled to fit into the front of the building. Just ingenious idea. I'm looking forward to continuing my build and seeing and savoring the wonders unfold in this build and adding this to the rest of my buildings collection.

Great Build!
I'm on my 4th modular building and I found this one to be just as fun as the other modular buildings I have built. Not really understanding all the negative reviews as well. Instructions were fixed. I had no missing pieces at all and I was very pleased with the look of the building at the end. There is a lot of attention to detail on this build and I would highly recommend it. I have been building lego since 1993 and this was a fun and rewarding challenge.

Jazz club review
It took 2 of us about 5 days to build this but we took our sweet time. Overall it is a pretty good set. Very colorful and it was a lot of fun to build. I added it to my city of buildings and it fits right in.

Missing 13 pieces
So, I’ve been building LEGOs for years and only purchased through LEGO hoping that I would never have to deal with missing pieces and not being able to finish the build until I receive the pieces. I’m so upset that I’ve had to deal with this AND wait for over a month to receive the pieces. I still haven’t received them. This does take away from my experience but not with the overall build of the product. This will be beautiful if and when I can finish it.

We sincerely apologize that the parts were missing and now your build is on hold. Rest assured, we're working hard to get the parts to you as quickly as possible.

Good to build
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very easy to build. If you are very creative you can create your own idea inside the buiding. Be creative is more fun and enjoy building it.

Great Set, with one heads-up
The Jazz club has a really great building experience, lots of interesting building techniques and quirks. But I would add a little warning that the burgundy and dark brown pieces are frustratingly easy to mix up. You'll want lots good lighting when building.

I’ve wanted this set for a while now. Lego finally had a free GWP that I actually liked, Upscale Baby Astronaut (Red). I ended up missing about four pieces but I made it work with leftover pieces from this set & past sets. I’m actually taking a Jazz class this semester, so this built was extra special.

Great Build
This was a great build. I particularly love the details of the front facade. The model has a downtown, slightly grungy, artsy look to it which is endearing. A generous inclusion of eight mini figures adds greatly to the story telling opportunities of the building. My only suggestion for improvement would be that the jazz club roof looks a bit naked and with too many exposed studs. Still that leaves any lego builder options they can explore themselves - a roof top bar perhaps? All up a wonderful modular build. I am definitely pleased with my purchase.

I thought this Lego set was an incredible build and kept me interested through each bag with many hidden details throughout the modular sets. I would recommend this Lego set to people who have a passion for music, food, architecture, and of course Lego modular sets. Although the price is a little expensive I think it is definitely worth it for how it looks in the end product. Amazing design!
