Excellent Viking set!
Got this on a sale and it’s a beautiful looking set. I think if it had 5 minifigures Instead of the provided 4, the village would look enough lively. I have the Lion knights castle so I might have my Vikings go on a raid soon! Also, when are you guys going to do a Viking shipyard???

such a great set, it has so much detail and interesting pieces on the buildings like the smoke. There is lots of play potential with the bridge, fish, weapons, black smith, cooking fire, and multiple rooms. its astetic also works great into so many sets: lord of the rings, medieval castle, or of course the viking ship. looks great on display too!

Perfect cost/piece ratio
For how varied the prices of Lego sets can be this one strikes the perfect balance in terms of what you pay and what you get. You get a variety of different buildings connected by hooks, a creative way to build the depicted bridge and 4 unique minifigs to go along with it! The roofs of the ones that have them are not attached and just sit in place so you can see the internals and set your minifigs how you want in them. Perfectly paired with the Medieval Blacksmith and Medieval Town Square if you've got them.

I bought this for my 8 year old son for Christmas and he loves it. He loved the build process and it inspired him to want and build the Medieval town square and I am getting him the Medieval Blacksmith for Christmas this year. I believe this set provides excellent value and truly has inspired my son's imagination. I couldn't recommend this set more highly for a young builder with a big imagination!

I'm writing a review on LEGO's not just this product....When I have someone sick, in the hospital, lonely, etc. I give them LEGO's. The LEGO's come in so handy because it puts most people's mind in a different frame of mind. Say they are worried about something, they start working with LEGO's and that time they are busy with LEGO's there mind relaxes. I, myself, enjoy LEGO's a lot.
