It has been a long time since I built a Lego set, but I never built a Lego Technic set. I fell in love with Technic! it seems that's all I can say, but you guys are doing such a good job at coming out with new sets that blow my mind!

I can’t say enough about the Monster Jam sets!! Max-D was our first set. I built it for my son, he’s four. We have sooo much fun playing with these trucks!! Racing, obstacles, jumping off ramps, just endless fun. Totally worth the price and more!!

My son is 6 and he and I have hard time putting this together . I think the 7 years old and up as the suggested age is perfect . This will be awesome once put together! We have most of it done and he’s already enjoying the pull back feature of it . Hopefully Lego makes other monster jam trucks soon

I really enjoyed building this monster truck because it was easy and challenging at the same time. I like that when you pull it back it drives forward. It’s trunk opens and it has a flag that moves freely. I didn’t like the spikes though.

Its a very nice set feels sturdy and not cheap. My son loves the creatively it gives you. Awesome for kids needed to just create things or venture out. Max-D has always been my favorite monster jam truck, and this does it justice. The pull back feature works well and is fun to use. This was a surprisingly long build, although I haven’t built much technic sets. This is awesome and affordable.

He also enjoys the pull back feature and has given it a prominent in his room when he's not playing with it. He's always enjoyed Lego kits and this one did not dissapoint.
