Hey! Listen!
Legend of Zelda is a Theme that many in the Gaming Community who love LEGO have wanted for years. The LEGO 2 in 1 Deku Tree doesn't disappoint. Printed Bricks, Beautiful Minifigs and Amazing models of one of the most iconic characters and scenes and of gaming history The Deku Tree. The build was satisfying and enjoyable, The Deku Tree took around 6 Hours for me to build, I Enjoyed Every moment, the little details like Skulltula, Korok, Multiple piece of Gear for link and Movable Elements. Dare I say a Hyrule castle or Majora's Mask in the future?

DO NOT BUY LEGO FROM TARGET.
Thanks Target & FEDEX for ruining my husband’s birthday with a damaged box!! We are big time Lego collectors and keep all of our boxes. Since this particular set is being retired at the end of the year, we decided to order from Target as Lego official was already sold out by the time the news hit us. Target cannot replace, only refund. We will have to just build it and say whatever. BEWARE IF YOU BUY LEGO FROM TARGET ONLINE THEY WILL PUT A STICKER ON THE FRONT OF BOX THAT NOT EVEN THE US ARMY CAN REMOVE. Not to mention the scuffs and gauges in box due to poor handling….Never again…. So disappointed.

Beautiful Set
For the most part, I loved building the set. The only part that annoyed me was the fire in the BotW version - had to bust out some tweezers. I love that I basically get 3 sets to display: links treehouse, the master sword and the deku tree. It is fair criticism that the instructions are not great for switching between the versions, but you get that option. Only had a bit an issue in the build that required tweezers. Beautiful and fun set!

Finally
I have yet to open it, but thank you Target for properly shipping it in a box. After reading many other people’s experience of them not shipping it in a box, I’m relieved. Thank you

Shipping is Terrible
Amazing set. Terrible shipping! box was DESTROYED and one bag torn open with loose Lego pieces inside. It's the same price everywhere, order someplace else.

Great details
This was a really fun build that surprised me. I didn't expect so many references to the games and the blurbs in the instructions were fun. I like how the instructions were laid out in an easy to build either of the two variations.

Fun build
I had a blast putting the set together. Only ran in to 2 problems building it. One of the pieces was too big for what the instructions called for but I made it work. The other problem was a curved piece was not really sticking on the piece it was supposed to go on. I got it on but its not laying flat.

Childhood come to life.
This is a fantastic build. Getting the Great Deku Tree from both OOT and BOTW is amazing. Doing two sets which are both a build of a tree would have been unlikely to sell so packaging them together as a alternative builds is awesome. I bought this at launch and enjoyed building both. The minifigures are all 10/10, and the hiden easter eggs and their little descriptions in the instructions are all great. The inclusion of Koroks, Hestu, deku babas and a skulltula really add depth playability and excitement to the set. The custom molds and new pieces are also 10/10. This is a great first venture into Legend of Zelda sets and as someone who has been a Zelda and Lego fan since the 1980's, I personally hope for a full zelda line with hundreds more sets.

Must have LEGO set for ALL!!!
This LEGO set is something I never thought would become a reality, especially the 2-in-1 feature which brings to life 2 of my favorite titles in the Legend of Zelda series. Having 1 of the many Nintendo Legend of Zelda sets would be enough, but the fact that it's a 2-in-1 gives this set ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ automatically!!! Fun to build, great attention to detail, and 2 of my favorites games of all time. Now all that's left is a LoZ: Majora's Mask set, which have other smaller sets that are locations which you can buy to collect Masks... just a thought. Please reach out if you have anymore questions on how to make this work, because I have some great ideas and would love to work for/with your design/engineering team. Not kidding. Enjoy the LEGO set fellow brick masters, and keep on building!!

Magical. But fiddly in places.
This is my first BIG Lego set. I've been eyeing it up for years and I'm grateful that I received it as a Christmas gift from my parents. ( At nearly 30 🙈 ) I have enjoyed a solid 95% of this build. The detail, hidden areas and nods to the video games are perfect. That said. Trying to attach that front tree root led to a catastrophic collapse and the whole mid section had to be rebuilt. And I do believe his nose/eyebrows are held on by nothing but witchcraft and a dream. Adding each petal to the blossom was the perfect balance of repetitive to be relaxing, but short enough that I didn't get bored and despise it. Hestu and the tiny mushrooms add the perfect amount of whimsy. I would recommend this to any Zelda and Lego fans. :)

Terrible design. Poor instructions
Build will break into pieces whenever you get halfway through. Instructions are inaccurate. Expensive. Don’t waste your money on this trash

Beautiful set to display and build
When I first saw this set online I was torn. I love The Legend of Zelda series, especially Breath of the Wild, but I wasn’t sold on the look of the set from the photos online. However, the photos don’t do this set justice. Once I saw it in person, I was sold. It’s a beautiful set! The build experience was even better, IMO. The colors are gorgeous! And everything comes together nicely. There aren’t too many novel or advanced techniques, but it’s still a fun and nostalgic experience that makes it worth it. I have only 2 things that I felt lacked: 1. It would have been nice to have more Koroks. If I remember correctly, there are only 4. However, there are a couple extra Korok face pieces, so I made a 2 more of my own with some extra parts. 2. It would have been nice to have some wooden Forest Dweller weapons. IMO, the Traveller’s Shield as the only wooden shield seems off theme for the Deku Tree and a missed opportunity to create some beautiful unique weapons.

They don't box what they ship
I do not know why you do not ship your products in a box. Ruined the Christmas gift.

Great LEGO set, but...
There was this one part when building the set in the instructions page 165, and the little white screw-ey pieces do not fit all the way in and block each other. This wouldn't be. much of a problem if you could get them out. They were so difficult to get out that they would barely budge with the brick separator or even my teeth. This was just an awful part of the set and now I have circular LEGO marks in my skin. Nice pretty set overall though!

Wonderful tribute to Zelda
I built the BotW version and all that's missing is a cadre of Koroks. Hope they release a Lego Koroks soon!

Utterly disappointed
Item was shipped without shipping box. Visibly damaged. For the price of this item it should be handled with more care! The box isn’t factory sealed—it is re-taped so may be even missing pieces. This was meant to be a gift, now am unable to do so.
