Instant boost of energy and focus. I tried these after my afternoon lunch during work, when I start to crash, and these picked me up quick! I was not expecting that dramatic of a boost, but more like your typical subtle alertness. I did not have to have my usual afternoon energy drink either- which is great since I’m wanting to cut back on those.

I take this faithfully with the chill gummy and it helps with my pre-menopause symptoms. I have also shared with friend and family and they can tell the difference when it’s not taken daily. Be careful and make sure to read the ingredients before trying! B12 is one of the main vitamins that causes acne. Lions mane also causes skin rashes if you are allergic. I developed both skin rashes and acne from taking these over a 2 week period. Slight changes in focus and memory.

I first bought these in a store to try and after taking them the first week (every other day) I started to see their effect. Since I struggle with focusing and getting things done that caffeine cannot help with, I have found these gummies to help me quite a bit, So I ordered more from the site. I have to be careful on days I take them to watch my coffee intake because I felt extra jittery and I think had slight palpitations. They really do help me thankfully because I didn't want to consider medications just yet. I like these have Lions Mane too, key for brain health. I got about 3 months supply for now. Hopefully things keep goin on the up and up!
