None of the melatonins ever worked for me. My daughter told me about them and she said they work for her well. Sure enough I tried them. 20 mins with taking them in falling asleep. They are worth the money and they taste so good.

What I really wanted this product to do is make me sleep faster. What it did was make me sleep longer and me not wanting to wake up. Every time I take this I sleep for atleast 10-14 hours. I don’t think I went to sleep faster either.
