Broke
Dead out of the box and won’t charge. Called for replacement, have to return in store, can’t because I ordered Bk/grey they sent Bk/green. Called again, told me return to store, call service and they’ll talk to store personnel, problem is, it takes 15-20 to get thru to 1800#. Not a Target product and was told it’s ’back ordered’, too much hassle from here so I’ll just write it off. Still love Target this is just an isolated issue. Thanks

Complete garbage
I would give this product a zero if I could. They have a proprietary cable that doesn’t seem to have been appropriately vetted prior to being put on the market because it doesn’t work at all. The product doesn’t charge and doesn’t turn on, so it may also be an issue with the hardware. to stay away from this and just buy something from a brand-name manufacturer.

An okay set of headphones
What I like about it: Lightweight Decent sound quality Cool on the ears What is difficult: The earpiece is bigger than my ear, tends to fall off The noise cancellation silicone tends to block out the sound of the music/sound as well. I haven't tried them them underwater yet. Kind of scared to try. The charging port door doesn't seem like it'll keep water out.

Product not as advertised
This product does not charge via USB-C as stated in the description. It uses a proprietary modified Micro USB charging system where two of the pins are slightly pushed up to force you to buy a replacement cable from them only. None of the cables you own for any phones or tablets will work, if you dont have the little puny cheap 16 inch charging cord that comes with them you cant charge the headphones. Also you cannot have the headphones paired while charging. STAY AWAY FROM THESE!
