Brightness is certainly not uniform across the screen with a lot of leeching into the blacks. Audio is catastrophic (the speakers are facing backwards?!?) which forced me to buy a soundbar (not happy about that). Software is rather buggy. Onboarding was hard and Netflix crashes daily. Plastic feels rather cheap for a TV which is supposed to be top of the range in its technology.

As an old geezer of 82 i found it a bit complicated at first but i`m sure i will get the hang of it. The remote is not very user friendly. A simple press for subtitles would have been nice.

I'm still finding my way round the tv but a couple of things that I have notice is when you are watching a program from the Internet there's no buttons on the remote if you want to pause the program so still got to find that out. The other little problem is sometimes the picture will break up when watching tv through the tv aerial which never happened with my old tv...not a LG. But overall I'm very pleased with it especially the picture being nice and sharp.

After considering a number of TVs I settled on LG and after resetting the brightness I am very happy with my choice. The delivery was exactly on time , two great guys who put the stand on the tv and took away all packages and the recycle tv. I set the tv up myself and this was straightforward. This was not the most expensive tv on offer but I am very happy with my choice.
