But this was a breeze to put together. Sure lots of parts but everything is labeled well. All bolts etc for each assembly were separately packaged. I would recommend this product for quality and ease of assembly.

When assembling the teeter-totter there were a couple of fasteners that needed replacing and the customer service was friendly, efficient and understood our needs right away. The parts arrived quickly, so now the children at the school love playing on this great toy! Wonderful company.

Unfortunately we’ve had issues with some of the screws stripping the grooves on the front bar of the seat. But lifetime has sent free of charge replacement pieces every time I ask!!! I definitely recommend the tallest setting because it is not very high off the ground.

Sturdy for so many kids to play on together and they are able to create so many ways of playing with it. Replacement parts was so friendly and helpful too! We lost a couple things in putting it together, they were sent right away.
Excellent, Sturdy and impressive back yard toy. Our Gramdchildren Love it.

We bought this for our Grandchildren about Assembly, Weldment, Rear Skid, With Cap, Green a year ago and they spend several hours on it each time they come over. Recently a part on it broke and needs to be replaced. The agent I spoke to, Amy, was very Friendly and Helpful. She offered to send the part free of charge.

The church bought this airplane seesaw prior to my taking on the children's ministry. That was 4-5 years ago. It is the kid's favorite toy on the playground. It is never without a child on it when the playground is open. The steering assembly broke (also before I came) at some point. I contacted Lifetime and they replaced the assembly free of charge, no questions asked. They are such a blessing. Thank you Lifetime. Kelli

My 2-year old grandson and 5-year old granddaughter absolutely love this. It is a clever design and solidly built. This was the most thorough and easy-to-follow assembly instructions I've ever experienced. The fasteners were blister-packed and easily followed the instructions. The components were well packed. It took my son and me 2-1/2 hours to assemble. This is a great product at twice the price. I strongly recommend using a cordless drill with a 3/16" hex bit.

Lifetime is just in the name... it doesn't last a lifetime.We bought this 18 mo ago and although it was fun for a while, it's about to rust through completely. Yes it's an outside toy so we have it outside. Yes there is sun and rain. We live in a mild climate so there's never snow. Disappointed.

Oh, no! We're sorry to hear this! We have a great customer service team who can order you replacements once you contact them. We also have some suggestions in regards to outdoor products. We recommend that they not be kept on the grass where sprinklers can water them everyday. They work really well on wood chips, rubber mulch, and sand. Please let us know if you have any questions!

The novelty hasn't worn off yet and my two budding pilots are in love with this teeter totter. The best thing about this is that multiple kids can enjoy the ride and all ages are allowed to participate. What a way to bring home a gift that is the neighborhood favorite! Parenting win!
