Customer service Is really nice but me and my father where very disappointed when we followed the instructions all the prices fitted except for the top part we got replacement parts and it still didn’t work so I wouldn’t recommend buying this it doesn’t work I’ll be calling again to get new parts and if that doesn’t work then I spent my money for nothing
I bought a basketball hoop in April for my grandson. Upon putting it together, we realized there wasn’t any hardware or wheels we did contact you and you promptly sent the missing parts. Then we thought we were good to go and assemble the hoop. Come to find out in the middle of assembling we were missing two brackets fir the back board. Again, I called and I can’t get them for two months. Yes, I’d like to send it back but what a pain just to have to disassemble it. It wouldn’t be such a bid deal to wait a few days for parts but. 2 months. We do have a very disappointed grandson!
All the part were there when I received the product. The hardest part was to assemble the 2 bars, with a crossbar in the missile to the base. That took 3-4 people. But other than that assembling wasn't too hard. The last part before adding sand to the base was to screw in a bolt that would go through the main pole. But that bolt was too small. Contacted customer service via phone and got disconnected 3 times. Then wrote to customer service and have yet received a response. I visited a local hardware store, found a bolt similar but longer, used that bolt instead. Now the kids are enjoying playing basketball.
Missing partsI can’t get rid of you about the basketball hoop because to date we have not been able to use it. The original shipping was missing three parts. We receive those parts and then when we started putting it together we’re missing two more parts. I guess I’ll have to wait 7 to 10 days to get those. Then I can let you know if I like the hoop or not.
