Only issue we had was that our child's booster seat scratched it up a bit, and we weren't able to find any way to fix the damage. (The finish is such that the wood color paint/marker/pen things that you can buy dont stick, they just wipe right off). But, we'll just be buying another eventually, b/c we love them so much!

These are a great buy. • simple minimalist style • heavier in weight, sturdy with wide seat • front legs are adjustable on bottom, preventing uneven wobbly legs • Easy to put together. 8 screws and a hex wrench. Additional note- They come in two pieces. 1. Legs of stool 2. Seat/back of stool. There is only one direction that these two pieces can be screwed together. So if holes aren’t lining up, chances are you don’t have it the correct way.

I'd give these chairs a higher rating if they weren't so incredibly heavy! For the price, they aren't a great value. Because the seat is so thick and the chair is so heavy, they look and feel cheap. Disappointingly, Target no longer makes the chair I actually wanted and I settled for this. I wish I hadn't. I've already thrown out the boxes so I can't return them. I regret this purchase.

1 of the 3 was broken
I ordered 3 chairs. the first two were a cinch to put together. each chair comes in 2 parts: the seat and the legs. it just takes 8 bolts and an Allen wrench (included) and less than 10 mins each. however, the third chair was a different story. the pre-drilled holes were not aligned so I am not able to build the chair properly. such a hassle to return it in it's huge box. just be aware that this kind of thing happens.
