These are pretty good. They do the job and freshen breath but there’s something I don’t love about them. I love the concept of the sheets that dissolve on your tongue and that it’s supposed to be very refreshing but there’s something missing where it falls short for me. I don’t feel like the freshness lasts like it should and therefore it’s not that satisfying. It will do the job but I don’t know about lasting power. These were previously a go to but not so much recently.

I have a "bad breath" phobia so always keep at least three packs of these on me at all time. I love them and use them constantly. The 4 vs 5 star is only because they stopped making the Cool Heat (Cinnamon) flavored. I hope they bring them back!

I try to keep a pack in my bag at all times. Comes in handy after pungent meals or just for a little refresh throughout the day. Same intensity as the mouthwash. PocketPaks and strips are smaller than I remember and do leave a blue stain on the tongue.

I ended up giving these away to a friend. They were way too strong for me. Works for a nice clean breath but watch out, they strong.
