Bottle needs recharging
I love the smell and effectiveness of this dry shampoo. It is much less white than their dry shampoo in the grey bottle. The reason I knocked off a star is because the bottle always looses charge before it’s empty. After googling it I found that if you pop off the top with a small flat head screwdriver and run the nozzle under hot water (hold it horizontally) for about a minute, it totally recharges the bottle.

Idk if I got a bad batch or something but this smelled like rotting cabbage and farts?? It was soooo so nasty and I had to throw it away immediately. I wish I could return this but this apparently can't be returned. So gross please don't buy this.

At first spray it smelled awful ,I can only say it smells like garbage! I thought maybe it went bad, after a few minutes it smells fine and mine dark black hair smells fine looks good. Not sure why a garbage smell at first, maybe I will try Vanilla if I can get my hands on it. Thanks.

Sprayer stopped working while full
The product itself works wonders, but I’ve bought two cans, the first stopped spraying brand new, I exchanged it for a new one, and now that one won’t spray!! Pretty annoyed, I’ll have to exchange it again or maybe just get my money back.

Great product - packaging is faulty
The last two times I've purchased this product, the spray nozzle has stopped working within the first few uses. The first time it happened, I returned the product to the retailer, no problems. The second time it happened, I decided it wasn't worth the effort. I also had the same problem with the heat protectant spray nozzle. I really like these products, but they are too expensive to risk continuing to buy.

The BEST Dry Shampoo
I use the advanced clean dry shampoo on day 1, immediately after a full wash and blow dry, there is no buildup until day 6 or so, I wash my hair once a week.

You need to do better
Living proof, your bottles are not manufactured well. I'm now on my fourth bottle of your product that stopped spraying when it was brand new. I got one spray out of it and can no longer use it. Your product is too expensive for it to just be wasted. I love the formala but the fact that the bottle stops working is turning me away from wanting to continue to use your product. And at this point I'm not the only one. I'm seeing other people talk about it on social media too. FIX THE PROBLEM!

I was excited to try this “advanced clean” dry shampoo bc I loved the regular version by Living Proof! I didn’t feel this one worked as well, however, and the nozzle broke after using it just a few times. It’s not just clogged, but broken, so I have 3/4 of a bottle of product I can’t use. Definitely will go back to the regular version!

Nozzle stops working
This dry shampoo is great, but the last 2 times I’ve ordered it the nozzle gets clogged after about a week of use. Once inoperative, there’s no way for it to spray and goes it the garbage. For high-end product, if it doesn’t dispense, it’s a complete waste.
