I used these while away for the weekend in over 100 degree weather. It definitely served its purpose since it has a lot of sodium and I was sweating a lot. But you can taste the salt in every sit so not the most flavorful thing.

Any telling you that this tastes good is lying to you. Now if you ask if the product actually works… it does, you will feel hydrated and this product will not raise your blood sugar levels. You will pee a lot after drinking this. I’ve fasted with water and sea salt and this product reminds me of that. I would probably buy this product again to keep in my back pack for hikes. If I’m home, I can just mix sea salt and water and squeeze lemon juice in it.
