A: It has been many years since we got hit with HFM so I can’t speak to helpfulness. Though these are very tasty I wouldn’t suggest them for HFM relief.

Toddler and teen approved
Both my preschooler and my teenager like these, and say they soothe their sore throats. They are sick once or twice a year, and they also have occasional allergy flare-ups that can bring a sore throat. The texture doesn't bother them, and they like the flavor. These Elderberry ones are the only flavor my preschooler will eat. A little spendy, but they work great. 5 stars.

Advertised as "nut free" but made in a facility with nuts.
My kids have sore throats and one of them has a severe peanut allergy. I am always cautious when trying new foods due to the allergy. These were literally advertised as a nut free product so I spent the ridiculous amount of money on them. Picked them up, drove home, took them out my bag and did one last read of the bag to see they are made in a facility that handles peanuts and tree nuts. This makes me uneasy, as any allergy parent would be. Im thinking should I risk it? Should I return it? Super inconvenient and not right. I am going to return them because I don’t want my sick toddler dealing with an allergy outbreak trying to feel better. FALSE ADVERTISING

This is the first time I give a review in my entire life but I just had to. It does have little seeds when you suck on it for a bit, yes, but come on, it’s herbal medicine. So I expected something to taste like medicine and it doesn’t at all. I have 4 children and they all love the taste. Whoever made this was a genius because there was nothing out there for little kids. I’m in love and I would recommend 200%. It made my kids eat and they have the flu and their throats hurt so much. My children keep asking for it.
