I bought this completely by accident but I was so glad that I did. It is always fun discovering new gluten free options. I was surprised that I loved the flavor as I have never had red miso flavoring and I am not a seaweed fan but this was delicious. For those who say that it lacked flavor, I poured out some of the water before adding the flavor packet. I also added some chopped sirloin steak for added filler. In the future, I would love to add an egg because that would be delicious too. I would absolutely buy this product again.

I think people are missing the MSG and that’s why they’re leaving bad reviews. I think they’re great for a healthier option. I do add a little extra seasoning which I’d rather do than have MSG. My family of 8 really enjoys these. We also add an egg and whatever veggies we have on hand. Delish!

I buy these just for the noodles. Amazing option with celiac disease and wanting Ramen. I add my own broth and it’s amazing! Target is also the cheapest place I have found to purchase this!

It didn’t have enough flavor. Maybe not enough salt? I don’t often waste food but I threw it away. Now I do like the noodles and used them by themselves in a curry ramen I made, but the seasoning packet is yuck.

I liked these noodles . They are versatile and have good texture like ramen noodles. For those complaining about taste, I added garlic powder,red pepper flakes, scallions, chicken broth and cheese. It was delicious. Another version that I made I added garlic(I find that key) light sodium soy sauce,scallion, a scrambled egg, siracha, ginger and a tip of sugar. You can add carrots and sweet peas too but I didn't have any. I boiled the noodles in the broth...strained and added to a few drops of sesame oil in a fry pan to which I had fried the egg and scallion and added siracha in. Added ginger powder , lots of garlic powder and tip of sugar and made a delicious version of lo me in. You have to add seasonings and veggies or protein. Get creative! I had it with stirfry vegetables.
Tastes like seaweed. I guess that's a pro or a con depending on preference.

Wow, definitely not my cup of tea… or, ramen. You will not like this if you do not like seaweed. The whole kitchen smelled like seaweed after I made this, tasted it, gaged, and threw it out. 😅

I had really high hopes for this. But it was really tiny. Smaller than Maruchan ramen. 1/3 of it was crushed up. It gave me fideo vibez but thicker and it had a powder taste to it. Maybe I got one from a bad batch. But wouldnt try it again.

I just bought this for the first time. Other than GF ramen at a restaurant I haven’t had ramen in about 6 years. I had to simmer the noodles for about 12 minutes to get them soft enough. I skillet fried a thin chicken breast in a little butter and sliced it up in a bowl and poured the ramen over it. It was DELICIOUS. I wish I had made a Japanese egg to go in it… next time I will. The next time I’m at the store I will be buying several packages of this. What an awesome product!
