This works Very Well: no more bloating, fantastic at reducing gas (including belching - yes, really). There are no bad 'side effects'. Take one and done (daily, of course). I started taking these vitamins a little over 2 weeks ago. At first they seem to work really well and assisted with my daily movements to become more regular. Now its as though they are not working as well anymore. I will continue to take them in hopes they will keep working.
