The LUXE Bidet® NEO 120 Plus is a cold water model from our newest line of innovative mechanical bidets. It's equipped with a single wash nozzle along with water pressure & mode selection knobs that are simple to operate.
NEO Plus Series bidets feature an advanced 360° self-clean mode, an EZ-Lift design for improved cleanability, and faster slide-in installation. NEO Plus Series bidets have all the great features of the NEO Series, and more.
For LUXE Customers upgrading from a NEO to a NEO Plus Series bidet, please use the new parts included with your kit. NEO Plus Series bidets come with standard 3/8" fittings, which are different from those on original NEO Series bidets.

Bidet love
We absolutely love our bidet and wish we had gotten one years ago. Was fast and easy to install, we bought the separate shut off valve and it’s a nice addition. The water pressure is great; the lowest pressure is nice for “feminine” washing, I’m glad we didn’t get the other model that had a separate nozzle for that, because this setting works great. I will say the highest pressure is very very high and I never use it because it’s too intense!

Game changer
So I picked this up a few years ago and it has been a game changer. I have suffered with hemorrhoids my whole life and this has ultimately cured me. Makes going to the bathroom much easier and I feel cleaner and better.

Easy-ish Installation
Installation from the (provided) pipe to the unit itself was fiddly. I was worried I’d break off the pipe attachment (in the unit) the whole time I was tightening it.

Difficult installation, but great performance
I had difficulty installing this, but once all of the leaks were addressed, it works splendidly. I would suggest using common sense over written instructions for installation. Using their steps left me with no room to make connections. The control panel is quite large, and given the shut off valve is left of the toilet, and there is also a vanity left of toilet, I struggled to connect the hose to the bidet. In hindsight, I would have made all hose connections before installing it onto the toilet.

Wish I had purchased this sooner
My brother bought me this because I had surgery on my dominant hand. It made going to the bathroom difficult. He and his family have been using a Luxe bidet for many years now and they were quite pleased. This has made my time in a cast a little easier. I wish I had gotten one years ago.

Poor quality
This item started leaking onto the floor directly from the base of the handle where the dials are. When you use it, there's a steady stream of water. Very poor quality. And the return window already once this started. A waste of money and will cause water damage.

We are very satisfied with one exception. Our first Luxe NEO 120 began leaking (internally, not the external plumbing) literally days after the warranty expired. However we liked it enough that we got another one. We just hope it lasts longer than two years.
