I keep going back to check if they have fixed the terrible mistake Mac made of changing the formula. Nope, it still the same, awful formula they "remastered". Very dry, cakey, settles in, and accentuates all imperfections. You would think they would listen to their customers and come up with something decent because the new formula is a very low quality, high price disappointment.

This product gives full coverage and goes along way with a little use

The new formula is completely useless and not worth the price tag! It separates all over leaving greasy, cakey clumps and if you attempt to touch up to fix it, it comes off! I gave it 3 tries and it was awful every time. I am moving on to a different brand.

Not best quality for the money.

The new formula is so SO bad. Doesn't blend well, is completely different than the other one. Looks like drug store makeup at an expensive price tag! They RUINED this foundation. Read the reviews and tried to give it a chance. It looks horrible! Don't waste your money. Please bring the old formula back!!

First of all, the shades changed and my usual shade was no longer matching so I had to get rematched and could not find a good match. I finally purchased one that was "close enough". When I got around to wearing it for a night out, it was terrible!! It dries super fast at application, but I was able to adjust, not a big deal. The coverage is very light now, I had to build up to get decent coverage and I assumed it would look great as I stepped out the door. Big fail!! I checked my makeup an hour later and was shocked at how bad it looked! My skin looked dry and chalky, it had settled into all my pores and fine lines and was starting to separate! I touched up as best as I could and checked again after about another hour…it looked worse! It had settled on every pore, fine line, it was cakey around my nose, mouth, it was separating into "clumps" all over my face and my skin looked unbelievably greasy! I tried to touch up again but it just came off on my fingers and powder brush! It was so frustrating and embarrassing dealing with this absolutely horrible foundation on my face while I was at an event. If you want to try it for yourself, I suggest you don't wear it for anything important! Better yet, I suggest you don't waste your time, energy or money on this totally useless and terrible foundation.

I wish I could give it zero stars. This is the worst foundation I've ever worn. I have been a loyal Mac customer for 10 years but I cannot wear this new formula. It's just awful. All the negative reviews are all correct! They all say the same thing because we all have the same issues on how terrible it performs! I purchased one bottle and I will be returning it.

I'm so done with this awful formula. I've tried everything, everything to try to get it to look halfway decent and nothing works! It will never be what the original formula was, how it went on flawlessly and stayed on! This crappy foundation is straight up garbage. My face gets so oily and it feels like oily, caked up sand settling in my all pores and creases on my face and it separates and comes off at the slightest touch. It's actually embarrassing to wear it throughout the day.

I am 45yo with combo to oily skin. I am breakout prone and use a retinol every other night. Bc of my oily skin, especially in the spring and summer, I was looking for something that would stay, had spf, and didn't look cakey. So far this seems to check all those boxes. Don't let the word matte fool you. While it is matte, I don't find it to be too drying and it doesn't accentuate my pores and fine lines. It has hydrating properties in it. And I feel like it blurs. The staying power is great! I will say, if you are using a retinol or have some flakey skin, make sure you exfoliate and use a good moisturizer.

I wish I could give this zero stars. It's not what it used to be. This immediately separates on my skin and looks terrible. I've tried every trick there is and nothing helps. Save yourself the money and embarrassment. :(

I wore this foundation for well over ten years & loved it because it stayed put all day, even with my oily skin. Recently, I noticed it was coming off in patches after only a couple of hours. After doing research, I found out it was reformulated. Won't be purchasing again & now I need to find a new foundation that will actually do the job.

It breaks downs you have to use a brush I had to blot a couple Of times! not a long wear foundation like some of my drugstore foundations

Nothing made this foundation look good. It was very frustrating and anxiety inducing because it made my skin look terrible. It creased everywhere and it looked like I had been wearing it for days! Definitely a very disappointing foundation.

This foundation is not what it used to be at all, it has been changed and it's so bad now. I'm super disappointed with it. My skin looked absolutely stunning while wearing the original studio fix. Wearing the new formula made me look terrible! It was actually shocking and embarrassing to wear it throughout the day seeing how it got worse as the hours went by. It caked up badly, made my skin lsuper greasy and it looked chalky, it made all my fine lines and pores stand out so much! I will not use this foundation again.
