Purchased this toothbrush in August of 2025. My kiddo loves it, it has the two minute timer that she follows. We did run into a defect where the battery wouldn’t stop but I reached out to the company and immediately they responded and cared for sending us a new one! Definitely recommend for kids!

Lasted only six months
After six months, one day it turned on by itself and it was impossible to turn it off. It vibrated for hours until it finally died. We recharged and same thing. Sent email to company a couple days ago see if they stand behind the warranty info@madebydentists.com

Let down
Cute design and good size for a kid. So that’s what the 2 stars are for. But the vibrations are way too strong. I tried it out after my kid said it was too intense. It was uncomfortable for me to use. The entire brush just shakes violently, the brush head doesn’t spin or anything. It’s just getting shaken. I think the oral-b spinning brush heads at least actually help brush the teeth.

Recommend the warranty
Like others, my child’s toothbrush did stop working after 3 months, but after reaching out to the company via email, they responded quickly and shipped out a new toothbrush that arrived within a few days during holiday season. I have a huge appreciation when customer service is easy to communicate and work with as I’ve had issue with other larger name brand adult brushes who make you jump through hoops to get a warranty replacement. I think the warranty and help from their team made it worth the purchase especially given the price.

Do not buy. Waste of money. So hard to find good electric toothbrushes for kids that aren’t too expensive. These stopped charging after a few months. My 6 year old didn’t dry the brush completely before plugging into the charger and the charger started on fire. Not worth it!

We've had this toothbrush for two years and have never had any issues with it. I love that it's rechargable and that the brush heads are replaceable!

I was looking for an electric toothbrush for my kids. I can’t finding single use. DO NOT buy this toothbrush, after using it a month, good brush wouldn’t stop vibrating and couldn’t turn it off. Now I won’t turn on. Wish I had read the same reviews prior to this. I guess dentists behind the effort didn’t know who to partner with.

I love this toothbrush for my kids! We have 3 of them and they are great. The timer is super helpful and I like that we can recharge and just replace the toothbrush head when necessary. The customer service is excellent- my daughter’s toothbrush malfunctioned after a few months and I emailed the company and they sent me a replacement along with some other goodies. Highly recommend this brand for kiddos!

Cute toothbrushes that motivate my kids to brush for the full 2 mins
I bought two of these toothbrushes for my kids. My youngest thought the phrase "eat sleep, brush, repeat" was so catchy. These brushes motivated my kids to brush for the full 2 minutes. Two things to note, these toothbrushes are great at holding a charge. My kids brush for more than two weeks before needing to recharge. We had an issue with one of them a few months after purchasing. It got stuck in the on position. Once I contacted the company directly, and they rectified the issue. I appreciate the customer service.

It is not an electric toothbrush now
I have had this toothbrush for two months, but I have only been using it for less than a month. There are still two replacement brush heads included in the product that I haven't opened yet. But now it can't be charged, and my child can only use it as a regular toothbrush.
