My daughter LOVES this toothbrush! This one actually quit working within a month of buying it (the only reason we took off one star), but we contacted the company and they quickly sent a new one with a few extras within a week! We know sometimes an odd thing happens and products mess up, but we are SO impressed with how they made it right!!! (Also, sisters bought at the same time is going strong with no issues!)

Recharging the toothbrush is difficult. Chargers are not universal to all toothbrushes and stop working after a few recharges. Not worth the money.

Awesome brand and company!
I purchased two of these toothbrushes and the toothpaste because it is a clean product, back in August. My kids were excited to use them and they worked great until my daughters started to malfunction. It wouldn’t turn off even after trying to reset the product. The next day I reached out directly to Made by Dentists and received a response very quickly. After providing my shipping address and confirming the lot number on the bottom of the tooth brush I was told a replacement was being sent. I just received it and was pleasantly surprised to see we received an entire care package. I was already impressed with the brand, but them going above and beyond like this really makes me love them that much more!

Great toothbrush for kids!
My daughter loves the cheetah and the easy to press on button. She likes how fast the toothbrush vibrates and the brush is the right size for her teeth and mouth. I like that it is rechargeable and the heads can be changed when we eventually need to.

We figured out the charger didn't work after 2 months of using, but the emailed back almost immiatel and sent a replacement.
