We have 3 of these in various colors. We’ve had the same ones since 2021 or so. I purchase the replaceable tops and charge it very rarely. The chargers all work still and have no problems. Lastly, some have mentioned mold in the bottom piece you remove to charge & I have never had this issue after MANY years of use. Mom of 4 kids under 5 and I would highly recommend!

Great little toothbrush! My kids love these toothbrushes. It has the timer that helps them to know when to switch spots and to make sure they’ve brushed for 2 minutes. Affordable and the replacement heads are also affordable. Customer service is great too.

Wow!! The customer service is just unreal! I purchased 3 of these toothbrushes. One for each of my kids. But my daughters started holding a red light indicating that it needed charged but then it wouldn’t charge at all. At that point I had invested in quite a few of the toothbrush heads so I contacted customer service. They responded literally within an hour and sent me a whole new toothbrush with even a few goodies for my daughter!! I really appreciate a company that stands by their products! They’re definitely keeping my business!

We want to like this brush so much - it’s the perfect size for my 5 yr old, good brushing speed/pressure, quiet motor. Unfortunately, we charged it every other night or so and after a couple months, we found the it had shorted and burned the charging end of the brush.

The handle is a perfect size for their little hands, the brush head is comfortable and the buzz isn't over stimulating. We had an issue with our toothbrush and customer service (one of the Dentist's actually responded to my inquiry) not only sent us a new toothbrush, they included my daughter's favorite toothpaste as well as travel size toothpaste's and stickers! The toothbrush holds charge for quite a while and is super easy to charge up. I cannot say enough good things abiout this brand or their outstanding customer service

I have purchased two of these for my kids - the one is going strong after four months but the other wouldn’t charge. I contacted the company and within 24 hours they were sending me a new one. The brush heads are as cheap or cheaper than a lot of other brands. As long as they continue to stand behind their products, I’ll support them. Their website is great and they even have an “Anti-Cavity Club” kids can join for free.
