A: Hi tra617, when charging our electric toothbrush it should light up red. It should only take 2-3 hours to charge, then the light will turn green. Missing Pieces??
After opening the product at home I noticed that 2 out of the 3 brush-heads were missing. I could not tell if the box that the product came in had been tampered with or not. Therefore, I cannot tell if the product came from the manufacturer missing pieces, or if it was tampered with at the store. Either way, I’m a bit disappointed. So hopefully anyone reading this review will INSPECT the product in-store before purchasing.

We love this toothbrush!
We love these toothrbushes! Easy to use, my kids love the design, and the timer feature is very useful. I appreciate the charging feature as well, instead of having to get new batteries every time. I only took 1 star off because ours stopped vibrating after about a year but we reached out to their customer service and they sent us a replacement. Great service and will continue using the product.

Awesome customer service
We bought this back in May 2025 and 5 months later, the toothbrush just started turning on by itself. It got so annoying we just let the battery run out but afterwards, it didn’t turn on anymore. I reached out to the manufacturer and they were easy to talk to. They just asked some information about the unit that we have and they sent a replacement right away. The new unit seems to have a better seal than the old one, and they also included some regular and whitening toothpaste in the package which I really appreciate. I was not expecting a satisfactory response on my warranty request, considering the cost of the toothbrush, but they went above and beyond.

Would buy again!
We have 3 of these in various colors. We’ve had the same ones since 2021 or so. I purchase the replaceable tops and charge it very rarely. The chargers all work still and have no problems. Lastly, some have mentioned mold in the bottom piece you remove to charge & I have never had this issue after MANY years of use. Mom of 4 kids under 5 and I would highly recommend!

Wow!! The customer service is just unreal! I purchased 3 of these toothbrushes. One for each of my kids. But my daughters started holding a red light indicating that it needed charged but then it wouldn’t charge at all. At that point I had invested in quite a few of the toothbrush heads so I contacted customer service. They responded literally within an hour and sent me a whole new toothbrush with even a few goodies for my daughter!! I really appreciate a company that stands by their products! They’re definitely keeping my business!
