      Big fans!

      Malfunctioning within the 1st month

      Stopped working within the month. It has been randomly been turning on for the last few days and today it wouldn't even turn off. It was a nice idea while it lasted. But too soon to be malfunctioning. Defeats the purpose of having the refills if the whole thing is disposable.

      Worked for a bit then stopped

      Great product great customer service

      I absolutely love this toothbrush! My sons are so enthusiastic about brushing their teeth now, and it brings me such joy to see them excited about their oral hygiene. The built-in 2-minute auto stop timer is a fantastic feature that really helps the little ones stay on track. Unfortunately, one of the brushes stopped working after a few months of use. I was initially worried, but I reached out to customer service, and to my surprise, the cofounder of the company personally responded to me.       Quickly stops holding a charge.

      My son loved this toothbrush, but the third time we charged it, it no longer would hold a charge. I should have read the reviews before I purchased as so many have stated this same thing. Don’t waste your money.
