A: It's a twisty!!!! I had thrown out the packaging a never looked, lol wound up prying the old one off and looked at the mechanism inside. Such an easy twist off too now that I know 😂🤣

We have 2 and can’t say enough good things
Dr. Lisa is dedicated to her products and also customer care. She willingly accepts feedback. My family has been using these toothbrushes for about a year now. We have 2 and can’t say enough good things about them. They reach unreachable places in our little one’s mouth. The design also motivates the kids to brush. I’m going to get one for my daughter’s friends.

These toothbrushes have been an amazing purchase for my kids! Toothbrush does an excellent job cleaning and makes my son (age 6) want to brush his teeth. I had an issue with charging the toothbrush though but once I wrote to the company they offered to replace it for free. Excellent customer service, quick to reply. Buy Their Sonic Line Instead
I have bougth these toothbrushed three times already, and they always stop working, the most recent one was last month and it stopped working a week in. The only reason I keep coming back is becuase the brush heads are the perfect size for kids mouths. ive tired other toothbrushes and its hard to find a small brushhead. Ive tried thier sonic line(the black ones) and I got two of those. I will save so far those have lasted longer and feel better quality. I really like them, take a look at hose instead of the white ones

Customer service is top-notch!
I bought these for all my children. All have been amazing but we did have an issue with this one. It stopped charging so we got a dud. It happens but I still give this five stars because the customer service is AMAZING. I reached out asking about a warranty because of course I threw everything away. They got back to me right away and offered a replacement. Another five star reason is that my son was actually excited about this toothbrush and the resistance to brushing ended. Overall, super happy with the company and besides this little glitch, I have no complaints.

The ONLY Toothbrush My Children Will Use
This is an amazing company - their products are super high quality and very affordable. Prior to owning these brushes, my children had resistance to brushing their teeth resulting in me brushing for them. Now they brush on their own. The electric brush is very powerful and cleans teeth extremely well. We own two brushes - easy to recharge and we can replace the brush head every few months. We are very happy with this product. Also, the company has excellent customer service!
