These dont last. 3 have malfunctioned
I want to love this product because the customer service is awesome. But these toothbrushes do not last. I have had 3 go Bad. First time the toothbrush would not turnoff, so i contacted the company and they sent a new one with heads and toothpaste. I was so happy. But now 2 months later, it’s doing it again. And my other daughter’s toothbrush will not turn on even after charging. I’m wondering if water is getting in the bottom and that is ruining them. But you can’t make a kids toothbrush and expect it to stay dry! So disappointing

My daughter loves her toothbrush. She won't stop before it stops and has asked to be told to brush at night. We had a slight problem with the one we bought. I have never experienced such a quick and responsive business. Immediately responded and fixed the problem. Can't recommend more.

We have 2 and can’t say enough good things
Dr. Lisa is dedicated to her products and also customer care. She willingly accepts feedback. My family has been using these toothbrushes for about a year now. We have 2 and can’t say enough good things about them. They reach unreachable places in our little one’s mouth. The design also motivates the kids to brush. I’m going to get one for my daughter’s friends.

These toothbrushes have been an amazing purchase for my kids! Toothbrush does an excellent job cleaning and makes my son (age 6) want to brush his teeth.
