Big fans of this toothbrush!
My kids love this toothbrush; makes them feel like they have the same as grown ups. I love it because it has a replaceable head and is rechargeable. Most kid electric toothbrushes that I’ve seen have neither feature. They also have a great support team that responds quickly and effectively.

Great product and great customer support
This has been a great toothbrush for my 7 and 9 yr old to use. They are getting a much better clean than with a regular toothbrush. I also had a small issue and reached out to customer service and was immediately contacted back and my resolved with little effort on my part!

I bought these toothbrushes for my kids and I’m so impressed. The quality is excellent, they’re easy for little hands to use, and my kids actually like them. On top of that, their customer service is truly top tier. They were responsive, helpful, and kind. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both a great product and great service. Highly recommend!

Fire hazard and faulty batteries
Bought two brushes that haven’t lasted more than 3 months. Charged one toothbrush overnight and woke up to discoloring at the base (scary!) and the other after its first charge won’t turn on.

Great product and company
We had this for awhile. It’s so much better than the toothbrushes where you can’t change the head. After sometime it had a malfunction with charging and stopped working. I emailed the company and they are sending me a new one! I would recommend.

Stops working
I've purchased this twice for both of my kids. Both times for both toothbrushes, they stopped working after a while and it feels like such a waste of money.

Don't bother, they don't recharge and just burn out
Great when it works, but burns out quickly. We've bought this toothbrush 4 times and 3 of them have burned out only after one or two charges.

We had two of these toothbrushes that lasted for two years. I decided to purchase a couple of new ones recently to replace the old ones and was frustrated when one stopped working within a month even after fully charging. I contacted the company and they offered to send me a new one. The customer service is wonderful and my kids do love the toothbrushes especially the new designs. We hope the new one they send lasts as long as the first two!

These dont last. 3 have malfunctioned
I want to love this product because the customer service is awesome. But these toothbrushes do not last. I have had 3 go Bad. First time the toothbrush would not turnoff, so i contacted the company and they sent a new one with heads and toothpaste. I was so happy. But now 2 months later, it’s doing it again. And my other daughter’s toothbrush will not turn on even after charging. I’m wondering if water is getting in the bottom and that is ruining them. But you can’t make a kids toothbrush and expect it to stay dry! So disappointing
