One of the lucky ones
I was nervous to order this online since I read all the other reviews around the same time saying they didn't receive the right deck. I ordered it last week and got it yesterday. Apparently, I was one of the few lucky ones that actually got it. I sleeved it up and played the deck last night. The deck is amazing for a straight out of the box precon. I'm newer to commander, but it definitely reminds me of Slivers. I hope everyone that got the wrong commander deck can get it fixed soon.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE
If Target wishes to sell MTG online, then they need to learn how to send the correct item (with some packing material to protect it would be nice). Only order this online if you want to spend $70+ tax on an item they are selling for $50 because this is what they seem to keep sending everyone. Otherwise expect to jump through several hoops while they investigate the situation to decide whether or not they will issue a refund (which they officially do NOT btw for collectibles). Buy collectibles from Target in person or just avoid the hassle (and the suspicion).

They sent me the completely wrong commander deck. They didn’t even send another Modern Horizons 3 deck but an Outlaws of Thunder Junction Grand Larceny Deck. HOW DO YOU MESS THAT UP?!?! The price difference between the two sets is $20 on a GOOD day for Grand Larceny and $70 on a normal day. Now I have to wait 5-7 days for their “internal team” to “contact me with a solution” because it’s a trading card product. The box isn’t even scratched let alone opened.

Target sent the wrong deck. I ordered the Eldrazi incursion deck, the name was right on the invoice but we were send a commander deck from a completely different set. And through the app it said the item is no returnable. We have started the investigation through Targets customer support over the phone. If this gets remedied I'll re-review this item. I'm really upset I waited weeks to get the wrong thing.
