This conditioning shampoo has a fresh magnolia bergamot scent leaving your dog's coat shiny and soft. Apply to wet fur from behind the ears to the tail. Lather and rinse well. For external use only. If your pup is using a topical flea and tick treatment, please remember to follow the bathing instructions on the flea and tick packaging. Each treatment works differently and may require different wait times before water exposure. Keep out of reach of children and pets to avoid consumption.

Dog smells like wet dog (NOT clean) after 2 washes
Almost no smell on your dog after. Mine still smelled like wet dog, even after washing her twice (mini schnauzer). I didn’t even towel her off, I washed her, rinsed her. Refilled the tub and washed and rinsed her a second time. Still stunk of wet dog. Her coat felt softer and clean, I guess, but the wet dog smell after makes it seem like she’s not clean. Will not buy again. Do not recommend.

Doesn't work on my puppy's coat
I bought this for my new puppy who has sensitive skin and frankly had poo in her fur when I brought her home the first night. It did a poor job getting poo and the smell out. Almost no smell at all. I had to use A LOT for minimal results. I ultimately returned it and got another brand to wash my pup. Don't recommend.

I really wanted to love this since I love the smell, but unfortunately it doesn't lather well and therefore a little does not go a long way. It is also oddly hard to rinse out. I'd think I had it all rinsed out, take my dog out of the shower and have to put him back in, several times. I hope they improve the formula!

Bergamot creates sun sensitivities
I dislike that they don't warn people that Bergamot is a very sensitive plant for the sun. Basically, if you're wearing any kind of bergamot oil, essential oil perfume or anything that could possibly be a residue of a product, it can give you sunburn and some dogs are more sensitive to others than this, particularly like poodles bichons Doodles that kind of things. Leaving this review for awareness

It has a very light and fragrant smell that does fade after the day. It didn’t irritate any of the dogs or give any rashes but every pooch is different so like humans I’d suggest patch tests which is what we normally do anyways. We just use about a palm full and it lathers richly, so depending on the size use a little and build your way up or you’ll be spending forever rinsing it off and dealing with the shakes which we alllll just love 🤪 This isn’t sponsored or promoted or influencer or whatever I bought this with my own money.
